“U-pack is an excellent company to hire for your move. We rented a relo cube to move a few things approximately 800 miles. We reserved 2- cubes being advised we would only be charged for 1 if we didn't use both. After loading and securing the cube we called U-pack to let them know it was ready for pick up and we only used 1. The company picked up the cube(s) the next day (we did not need to be there) and we were charged for only 1 with no hassles. All the paperwork received is well organized with local phone numbers for the origin and destination locations. Customer service was excellent and very knowledgeable on all questions we had. There was constant contact from the company. A huge benefit is you get a sense of control over your personal items. I have recommended this moving company to people I know who will be relocating in the near future. I will use this company in the future when the need arises.
