I just purchased a Kia Soul from "Mister Tommy's Motors" and I can honestly say my experience was a smooth transaction! I wasn't pressured, but was shown the upmost respect and the paper work was quick and explained thoroughly. His attitude sucks and he sales garbage cars… I do not recommended ANYONE to buy anything from him… I brought a car from him a couple months ago and the car is still sitting BROKE DOWN…He wouldn’t give me a REFUND AND HE WOULDNT FIX IT… He sold the car under false pretenses… Took one bad transmission out of it and put a even worse tramission in it… The battery compartment was full of water and so was the engine….the car smelt of mold and mildew… He should’ve been shut down… The worse car salesman I ever came across and the mechanics suck as well. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH HIM AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I purchased a small vehicle for my 16 year old. I knew that there would be some issues so I was somewhat prepared. I had to get the car repainted which I had no issues with. After I got home, I realized that there was no sound coming out of the front of the car. Took it to Best Buy and they said that the radio wires had been cut. They were able to fix it and ai replaced the speakers. A week later the transmission went out. I had to pay $500 to have the car towed to them because I live in Columbia. They did give me a 30 day warranty so they replaced it but the towing charge was all on me. I went to pick the car up and went he brought the car up to me he got out and walked off leaving the keys in the car. When I got in it, I found all of the paperwork and envelope from the glove box thrown all over the front seat, the car charger and usb was gone, and my umbrella was gone. Someone apparently had gone through the car and stole some stuff. When I brought it to their attention they were so rude. The wife made the statement that they weren’t responsible for anything missing. I find it so funny that they were so nice when I was handing them $5,000 in cash but when I started having issues and contacting them they were nasty and rude. Very unpleasant experience. If I could do it again, I wouldn’t.

Be Careful What You Get From Them, The Cars Are Nice But Hiding Problems That Will Not Show Up Until After You Are Stuck With It ! They Are Nice People But The Machanics Aint Machanics & They Take Parts From Other Peoples Cars To Fix Yours, We Witnessed It First Hand, They Give You Like Maybe 30 Days Warranty But Goodluck Getting It Fixed, We Still Have A check Engine Light On From Before The 30 Days Warranty Went Out That They Kept Putting Off... The Heats Never Worked Apparently & Now The Ac Is Going Out & Theres 4 Things Wrong With The Engine.... Take Your Moneuly Elsewhere

Me & My Mother both purchased vehicles 5 & 1/2 months ago from here. I purchased the Nissan Versa & My mother purchased the Subaru Outback. I kept having to bring my car back for them to fix and every time they said it was fixed, something else went wrong with it. The last time I took it there it had a problem with the timing belt and I asked if I could get my money back or trade for another car and Mr. Tommy told me “NO”. So they kept it for a week & said they put another engine in it instead of just changing the timing belt. It ran for bout 2 months after that and it broke down on me. My mother also had to take her car back a couple times too. She took it to them because the AT oil temp light kept coming on and they claimed they had put another transmission in the car and 5 months after the AT Oil temp light is back on & this time my mother has to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I just don’t understand how can you sell people vehicles like this. I mean people work too hard for their money to be spent on a vehicle that’s not working properly. If I had known about this place I would’ve never purchased a vehicle from here. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!! It’s a waste of time and money. Now my mother & I both have to pay out of pocket to get these vehicles fixed.

I don't know much about car's and I went into this pace with nobody to look at vehicles before purchasing it. He sold me, a disabled lady with a child w/ a disability and about to go to college that needed a car something that literally only worked for her to get home and the next morning. After that it was TRASH LITERALLY BROKE DOWN . PAID OVER 2000 TO GET FIXED . AND went to him to work something out and all he said was get more money up and trade for something else and the other car he wanted to trade has issues also I had someone check. Wow. I'm not the one to complain but this was awful and such a stressful thing honestly I shed a few tears but God picked me back up .. When I say he's a crook, he is. Don't go !

Unbelievably great service! At every turn they have upheld their word and tried to help me and my family as much as possible. They have shown me impeccable character and compassion and done so much they really didn’t have to. Would recommend anyone to come buy a car here! The couple that runs this place are both amazing!

Very unprofessional. Quick to get your money slow on providing service. His wife is nasty . He treats his employees like trash. Mechanics don’t wanna work because he doesn’t know how to talk to them. He only hires ppl he know he can underpay like drug users and disabled people. Would not recommend. Unless u just have money to throw away.

His wife is disrespectful and unprofessional . He’s a liar. & a con artist. Took my money and promised vehicular would be ready in 3/4 days.. Truck didn’t move from the spot it was in for two Weeks finally moved and he told me it would be ready the next day . Everyday since he’s been telling me the same thing. I was being very understanding but his communication was terrible . Never not once called me telling me it wasn’t going be done for A while I had drive to Florence daily just to know What was going on. When I asked why he didn’t communicate or offer me anything to drive his response was “I didn’t know I had toCall u and tell u that . His wife was yelling like an immature little child in my face. I wouldn’t buy from themAgain if it was my last option. NotWorth the hassle. He treats hisEmployees like trash that’s why he has noWorkers. Asked one of the guys what’s the hold up He said “ I can’t even say I’m already on thin ice” all I can say is they going reap what they sow u can’t do good ppl bad and not think karma going hit harder! 0/10 would not recommend.
