WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE. I seriously don't even know where to begin,i have a f150 which has been several times to have 1 SINGULAR issue fixed on it and everytime i go to pick it up, im still having the same issue. When i brought my vehicle in, they also made me aware that i had a recall on my cruise control, they told me they had all the parts in they would need so i told them to go ahead and fix the recall. well when i pick my vehicle up not only is the singular issue i made them aware about not fixed, they also give me back my truck with the cruise control no longer working. you call them and can never get them on the phone, I'm convinced they start with their lunch breaks about the same time they open up until they close. ive owned other vehicles and dealt with other dealerships, This is by far the worst around here. honestly if you have a problem with your vehicle and its a ford, my best advice would be to just consider selling it than to try them!!! Fuck you Mike Reichenbitch.

I don't know what is up with them but I have been trying to call them and they won't pick up. I need an oil change and I realized last week that the tires on my right side have less tread on them. I don't think they have been rotating my tires. If I can not get a hold of them, I will definitely go elsewhere. Conway or Myrtle Beach sounds good to me.

My car was hit in a high speed chase and I went to Mike Reichenbach to have my work done to my car. Julie Elvis has one of the most nastiest attitudes I have ever came across in a place of business. She won't listen you can't get a word in. I understand that she knows about cars but you when I tell you something wasn't done right don't brush me off with that attitude. Mike Reichenbach you are going to loose a lot of business behind her. You lost mines for sure, and here it is I need some more work done to my car. I will not be coming to that shop and I will tell people not to just to not deal with her. Thanks

My Explorer was in the shop from 5/6 to 5/23 for repairs to the electronic sensors, ( throttle actuator and PCM). After waiting on the parts for so long, and charged close to $3000, picked the car up. Now 6 months later the parts that they put in the car failed and I am looking at having to incur the same costs again. Called the dealer and can't get an answer over whether they will warrant the parts or not. Was left with little option but to go ahead with another shop to make repairs. Will not be recommending Mike Reichenbach Ford to anyone.

I took my car for an oil change Thursday, I was told I needed tires. They priced them and gave me a copy of the information. I called back Friday about 3 times leaving a voicemail because no one picked up. I called Saturday left a voicemail because no one there could order them except the person I left the voicemail with before so I left him another voicemail. I called Monday at 8:30 the person was out that day. I needed to talk to another person so I left him a voicemail. No return call. I called again and gave a woman the item number and all the information. She said the person I needed to talk to was with a customer he's return my call. It's now 3:00 and no return call. I guess they don't need my business.

Traveling through Florence and stopped for a quick oil change that was well overdue. It was after 8:00 AM when I arrived and service was backed up but they worked me in. Gave me a ride back to the RV park with the courtesy driver and picked me up after the car was finished. All work was done courteously and promptly. Could not be more pleased.

12-1-20 Your diesel service shop was super nice and accommodating today! My husband and i were traveling south on 95 and had an issue with our Chevy 2500 hd pickup towing a trailer. Eric & Brian along with the folks in the office went above and beyond to get us back on the highway. They could not have been more professional! Its always scary on the highway because you never know what kind of service you'll receive. This was such a pleasant experience. Thank you!

What can I say, great people , great service , great management, great owner !! Civic minded and all about the community and taking care of them. I know the owner personally and you can't find much of a better human being !! Way to go Mike Reichenbach and staff !!!

I went friday morning to have my 2015 diesel f350 serviced before I drive cross country this week. Joe squeezed me in to the truck shop schedule and I was done in about an hour. Everyone was friendly, approachable and accommodating. I went home and at 530pm, I jumped in my truck to run a forgotten errand. turned the key, cranked for 1 sec, the entire dash lit up and I smelled diesel. Youd think id be leaving a bad review? NO WAY... poop happens. This review starts now.... I called the main switchboard, hoping someone was still in the truck service dept... of course not on a Friday evening. I explained to the operator that I'm a travel RN here with no friends or family for back-up help I work in ICU and am on call...She sprung into action... She called Theresa who called (my hero) Trevor... Trevor went above and beyond... Came to the campground, and connected a loose fuel line to the replaced filter and stayed 30 minutes checking the clamp and making sure there was no re-occuring problem.... Sure, it would have been better if this had gone seamlessly, but we are human and poop happens... What matters is that they made it right fast and with a smile. Thank you Trevor and Teresa!!

Mike Reichenback Ford service department in Florence, SC is the worse. I would not recommend them because they tear your car up and try to force you to do business with them and if you refuse their services they send you away with your car worse then when you brought it for service. Never have I experienced a diagnostic that required a part being removed only for them to break it and say that I brought it to them broke. They never explained to me what was going to take place with the diagonstic. It was not until I picked up my car i Iearned they broke my fuel pump and I was not able to get it fixed that day. I attempted to drive it home and broke down on the highway...not once but twice. I took it back for them to fix it and they claimed they fixed it but my car is still not running properly. I called to speak with the service manager Mary and she was rude and very unprofessional. She told me that since I refused to let them fix it the first time, there was nothing they would do and stated that the part was broke when I dropped it off fo the initial diagnostic. The managers are unprofessional and unreasonable. The service department as a whole is a bunch of scammers trying to take customers money after they tear up their vehicles. My vehicle was purchased from them and they still did not provide good customer service from day one. Definitely, a disappointment and I will NEVER recommend this company for anything. It is sad and the GM really need to look at the service department and the employees working for the company. Note: If I could give a zero star I would. Stay away from this company.

Service rep (Brian) was very unprofessional and argumentative... offered very little concern to my vehicle's issues... Lied to me about the status of my repairs when truthfully he had no idea what was going on... Find a better qualified dealer for service issues!

So disappointed with this place i bought my ford fiesta there and everything was good for about 3 years. I have always drove over 30 miles to only have my car serviced by them. I have had so many problems with this car it is unreal i really wish i had never bought it. I love the car but really despise the way it drives which is horrible. I had to get my clutch replaced which they did since i was still under warranty but when u drive the car it makes the most awful grinding noise and it jerks when the gears change. Anyway i have recieved several recall notices lately so i made 2 different service appointments with this place and no response what so ever. Then i decided to call the man in the service department who gave me his card and i did but no answer so i left a detailed message about the recalls i needed fixed but again no response. So i am so fed up with them and my dad has bought several vehicles from them and he won't ever again because of the sorry way they handle things and i can promise i will never ever buy from them again cause they are undependable and only want to help if u are buying a new car. I gave this place 1 star because they started out good but i wouldn't have give them any if not for that.

Driving home from new york and had major car trouble. We got explorer to service department. Was greeted by Keith in service and he was very helpful. 2 hours later truck was fixed and we were back on the road home. 10 stars for Mike Reichenbach service. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff

Can't say enough good about this service department. Driving from NY to Florida on I95 warning lights came on and kept coming back. Called from the road - they told us to come in and they checked everything right away. Was due to some relatively minor things which they fixed immediately. Gave us great peace of mind and got us on our way. Pleasant, courteous, and oh so helpful. Each person we spoke with was great.
