Had worst experiences with the service dept of Benzel Bausch, Englewood cliffs, NJ 07630. Mr. Neil ignores emails with unrealistic reason of Mail went into Spam Folders, The company policy is to return the bad parts only if we instruct service dept at the time car is dropped. EQE 350, the most advance app and sensitive to most minor issue in the car did not show any alerts when car met with minor accident with berries and had scratches at right hand. The regular body shop gave $2500 estimate, Neil charged $30,000 to the insurance company Geico, Attaching pictures of accident and can share mails of Neil with series of LIAS. please investigate.

Not so reliable afterall. My Mercedes sprinter died at 240k. Had done all services in time. The deal said to find out the problem would cost more than $2000, and to fix it would cost at least $10000. They couldn't give me a more accurate estimate, what choice do I have? When I want to trade in they would take it for only $1000!? So what choice do I have?

Don’t take your car to Mercedes Benz Florence.The absolute worst Mercedes Dealership ever for service.The pricing is insane and the add ons are ridiculous.I am so Thankful for Northlake Mercedes Charlotte NC.If you want top self service take your car to Northlake Charlotte and ask for Nick Collins.

Don't take your mercedes to get serviced here. I prepaid for a tire and had to call repeatedly to get someone on the line to tell me if the tire came in, I even left a message and no one called me back. I had to wait 4hrs to get the tire put on. Zachary never texted or called me back about my tire. I took my old tire with me and still was charged disposal fee. I also was told they didn't have any courtesy vehicles available. If you do go talk to Jay. He's the only one that seems to know what's going on. If he's not there go somewhere else.

The name is indicative of the service, I've received close to six years getting my car serviced. 5 Star service keeps me coming back. I ? coming to Florence SC to get my car serviced they make customers feel comfortable and welcomed and take excellent care of you.

I brought my vehicle in for service reporting the airmatic would lower down randomly. Was told they ran a diagnostic and nothing was wrong. Spoke with Mercedes in Atlanta and they said to check the air filter on the pump and the valve. If there is water present , the valve will stick.I diagnosed myself, and found water in the valve and a pin hole in the air spring and made the repair myself. Mercedes US, reports the miss by Mercedes of Florence is from pure laziness.

Where to begin... best car experience ever?After searching for countless 2023 M340i's (most were sold from under me), I found the perfect spec at BMW of Florence. I was helped by Kendrick who is the most accommodating manager I have ever spoken to at a dealership. Extremely professional, naturally courteous, and just easy as hell to work with. It was dare I say... fun? :)We drove nearly 300 miles 30 minutes after locating the car, and by the time we arrived, the car was PDI'd (off the truck the same day so this was not even guaranteed), washed, and waiting outside for us to inspect. Kendrick tossed me the keys as soon as he saw me. We were fully prepared to stay the night in case the car was not PDI's but Kendrick made it happen.Honestly, I think we will be traveling to Florence for every new BMW/Mercedes moving forward. We spoke about the experience at Florence for a couple of days post-purchase, it was that seamless.Needless to say, 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you so much Kendrick and to the Financial Advisor (I am so sorry, I am terrible with names). You've gained a lifetime customer.To potential buyers, make the trip out! Thank you again Kendrick!!

I paid over 2k and my car still have the same problem. My car been to these guys 3 times already in 2 months going on 3. I picked my car up on a Friday by the end of the night, the same problem occurred. I called next morning to see what’s the best option. I waited 3 days. Still haven’t received a call, so I called and finally get someone on the phone.. the only option they’re giving me is to return my car and they try to look at it for the 4th time. I haven’t had my car a full week and I’m running out of gas, at this point this is ridiculous. What am I paying for if the same problem keep happening ? Jay is a great guy. Jan February and now March my car still in and out of Mercedes of Florence. I asked for a refund, then he couldn’t help with that assist, Then I have to wait almost 3 weeks for my car to get looked at again.. at this point I don’t know what to say.. might be the worst Benz dealership I’ve been to.

Our salesman Zach Thomas and Jonathan from the Finance dept were both very professional in the sales process. Zach was understanding and patient with us in our buying process. We drove over an hour away to close the deal and pick up our new vehicle. Highly recommend checking out this 2 guys if you plan on purchasing your next vehicle.

Your Service Advisor Zachary Howard provided timely and helpful service regarding my Mercedes Benz on January 13, 2023. He was not only professional and exhibited efficient services, but caring and considerate.As an educator working in the school system, I am constantly in the classroom and would have to have a substitute to fill in when I am not in the classroom. I was very thankful that Mr. Zachary Howard assistance and understanding of my situation offered an alternative that would suit my needs best. Not only did he solved that problem, but he was also thoughtful and caring regarding the service charges which really made my day. Great Dealership Jay was great.But Mercedes SOS system failed so badly. We sat on I-95 for help for three hours only to find out the driver said he was not paid enough to do the job. After he was Positive he would be there within minutes 5 times. Just terrible!Cut the service SOS service out if you can’t handle the system.
