Christina at ALM in Florence is an exceptional sales lady . She has more patience than any sales person I have ever delt with . She was not pushy and was very helpful in helping me to decide on which vehicle to purchase . She was patient , organized , and knowledgeable . She went above and beyond for me through every step of the process . She even met me on her only day off to personally help us get things out of our trade in .She is definitely a dedicated sales person .
