Neat, pleasant environment, young was very helpful .I got a quick quote for some damage. The management explained to me why there was such lengthy wait time . Labor was the problem. Just people that want do nothing but want something. Totally out of his control. Other shops have the same thing. I would recommend them highly.

They got us in quickly for the repair, but the down side was that we got the vehicle home and discovered the replaced door opened from the outside, but not the inside. So we had another hour drive back to the shop. They fixed it but it does seem that they should inspect their work to make sure it is quality before releasing the vehicle. However they made sure to fix it while we waited, so we appreciate not having to leave the car again for additional time.

Joe had my car for a good minute, the storage fee was getting up there so high the bill was more than what the car was worth. My bf done went to jail, so by the time this whole "incident" was done with, I'd come out of pocket a little chunk. By this point, I'm ready to just let the whole dang car go. I didn't even like it that much anyway. But my bf wasn't having that. So we gave Joe and his wife a call and they worked with us and let us get the car out at a very reasonable price and even met me after business hours on a Friday. Good company √ Nice people
