I had the BEST experience shopping at Sephora in this store! Mercedes was very knowledgeable about the products, which was wonderful for me because I shop for ingredients, not brands, and rarely splurge on this stuff, so I was unfamiliar with what they had to offer. She went above and beyond in helping me locate them and on top of all that, was a friendly and pleasant person to talk to. Me and my skin are very happy right now ?

Management at kohl's in Florence, SC is the greatest. The manager stands close to the store entrance most of his shift, and every time I've ever been there. He has a great smile and greets every customer. He's attentive to every detail and Kohl's should be proud to have him on their team.
