Used to be beautiful & clean. What happened!?! It smells like a chicken factory. Half the shelves are empty. What's left is visibly dirty & very dusty. Employees wear Covid masks ? Carts look like they came from a junkyard. Was told owners are spending 2M on renovation. If you want to foot the bill, it's $3.50 for Simply light Lemonade or $8 for mayonnaise.

Horrible!! Went there on the recommendation of a family member.NO THANK YOU!!The rude cashier boy just walked away from the register after I had already placed my goods on the belt. The other associates appeared to have no clue about the local area, they all just stood there with blank stares when asked if there were a place to get a certain item nearby, the cooked food everyone had been raving about was old & dried out. The prices of the other items were way too high for this place to be considered worthwhile. NOPE!Sorry, but this place is a dud!!

I’ve been coming to Kjs multiple times a week since I moved to Florence 3 years ago. All of the staff is usually friendly up until about a year ago the older lady Lori in the deli began being rude to me. I just stay away from the deli as much as possible now. But hey, maybe her rudeness will help me drop weight

Was shopping today and wanted to buy a side of macaroni and a side of squash. The sign above the place where they made the meals Saud 16oz side $3.49. My total came out to $15 something. So I asked why it was weighed when the sign said 16oz for $3.49? I was told they didn't know and they weigh everything. I was embarrassed not to buy it after they fixed it but they need to fix that bc the sign stating prices is very misleading. I won't go back to this IGA again.

Got fried chicken from deli and it was fried so hard I didn't know if I was eating chicken, bone or skin.

We go here for baby formula and we can never find it but theres been a recall so that's not their fault. The store is clean and everyone is nice and helpful.

Place is spotless!! Something you don’t see often anymore. A real enjoyment to shop there. We drive from Turbeville just to shop there.
