VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MY LAST SERVICE!!!!!! My husband and I own a 2020 Dura Max with less than 50,000 miles. Took it in for service and asked them to check out some wind noise in the front windshield/door. Well they did check out the wind noise and said that the seal around the windshield must be bad and that I would need to call my Insurance Company to have it replaced. Now mind you there are NO cracks, chips,or anything wrong with the windshield. And on top of all this they had the nerve to charge me $185.00 to diagnose the problem. NOT TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT DIAGNOSE. After calling the dealership multiple time with no response for a week, my husband was finally able to talk with the Michael in the shop. Well we'll just say I ready to SELL my GMC and go somewhere that doesn't see a lady and just take advantage for her and the situation. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL KILL A BUSINESS ALMOST AS FAST AS WORD OF MOUTH. DO BETTER KING CADILLAC. DO BETTER!!!!

Stay away from this dealer, they are thieves! Apparently their mechanics need a lot of time to figure out repairs and they want $165 for each item before they charge for any repairs! Even Autozone will diagnose for free!

I have never been more impressed with a truck buying experience in my life! My sales advisor, Nicky, had excellent communication and made sure buying my new Sierra 1500 was straightforward. If you live in South Carolina and want a new GMC, this is the only place to go!

I am giving them two stars because the sales person was a nice gentleman and was helpful. I agreed to a price and was a cash customer (cash is suppose to be king right?...pun intended) began signing all the papers and was given an arbitration agreement where i was to forfeit my constitutional right to a court hearing and trial by jury if the sale resulted in a legal dispute. Instead, i was to sign and agree to the decision of their arbitrator on any dispute. What the heck ever happened to a level playing field? I felt like i was being asked to play poker against a dealer with a stacked hand. They explained a problem from years ago that prompted them to do this. But ask a customer to waive their lawful rights. I thought only criminals were asked to waive their rights, so are customers there to be treated like criminals. Do they really feel all customers are out to get them? I was not but i was treated as a devious person before the fact. All they had to do is strike and change one word in the agreement and i would have signed it, or allowed to sign under protest, they would not agree to ANY compromise. I was really shocked since i have had similar business deals in the past where the other party simply re worded a few words so we were both happy and the deal was done This dealership would rather keep the playing field against you and in their favor than compromise and sell a vehicle. Well, me and my cash walked out, since selling cars is obviously not their FIRST priority. Everyone there was nice and respectful but they are not willing to meet a customer half way and that is their loss. Be warned, if you try to buy a car there they will insist on stripping you or your rights and dealing with a "stacked hand".

Never have had any issues getting the car serviced here. This week worked out well. While they serviced the car, I walked over to Starbucks near 5 points then got my haircut and when I was just about back, got the call that the car was ready. Perfect!

Absolutely the best service I have ever had! I highly recommend King Cadillac. Nicky Moore gave me a great lease deal on a 2019 Cadillac Escalade. The finance team was professional, knowledgeable and they had me approved, right away and out the door an hour later. Love the king Cadillac team, I will definitely be back to buy another Cadillac. Happy Valentine's day to me :-)

If you shop here do pray that there is never a problem because staff will avoid you like the plague. After being contacted regarding the fact that they stole $3000 from me as well as altered my credit application they refuse to make the situation right! Shop here if you are looking for a dealership to commit fraud and steal your money!

Don't visit this dealership!!!!! Purchased a 2016 Escalade from this dealership. Run.... I am very familiar with these vehicle since this was my third purchase. Unfortunately, I tried this dealership not knowing they were selling me trash. I had major issues with this truck from the being. It has been in the shop now for three weeks. The manager of service was very unprofessional. The sales team did not care once the sale was complete. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They show you a dream and sale you trash. I had to call GM and complain after the poor service I received.

Very friendly staff. No dealer fees. Mike went the extra mile in searching for the truck I wanted and having it transferred to Florence. Great experience.

My Experience: We were traveling from Florida in our 2015 Cadillac Escalade when the air conditioning stopped working. We drove into your service garage and received help immediately. The condenser hose was fixed and we were on our way in about an hour! Thank you to the top notch service reps

Brought the sig-o's ride here for some scheduled maintenance, and to check out an intermittent check engine light. Everyone from the service advisors to the cashiers was friendly, and they performed the work requested with minimal fuss and at a reasonable price. The waiting area was fairly large and had a separate room for toddlers and tykes to run around in. Speedy, complimentary wifi was a nice plus.
