Friendly and fast service, from walking in the store to the delivery men! Love my sofa and love seat, great quality. Having what I wanted on hand and not having to for it to be order, is a big plus. (Thanks to Mr. Mike for giving a lesson on the difference between pieces.) ? Cause I thought the chair was the sofa. ? Thank you team for everything.

The furniture purchased is perfect for the house. S9 happy we came to kimbrell's after visiting numerous other stores and shopping online. We appreciated Mike for his expertise and candor and especially getting me the dining set I desired. There was a short wait but He made it happen. The delivery team brought and set up everything and fixed the door with his tools. Now we're working on not falling asleep on the comfortable couch,loveseat and recliner. Thank you Kimbrell's. See you again! ?

When I came in the store I had an old account that was paid out in the manager noticed me immediately after about 5 or 6 years of the count being paid out, and the only that helped me was very helpful and friendelete.

Customer service was wonderful but not being approved after paying a big down payment is a big disappointment. Turned down because unpaid medical bills on my credit report for a credit line for in sore credit
