Waited to speak with something for 4 days now. And finally, when I got in touch with someone, they transferred me to another department to wait another hour. After an hour waiting on the phone, the phone hangs up WOW! And this did not happen once but twice that day. The other 3 days I waited over an hour no one answered at all. I really believe they have it set up this way before they get off. I really hate dealing with these people. They want the money and don't mind threatening you but don't want to help you or talk to you!

I drove 2 and a half hours to get to the Florence location to correct an issue with my identity being stolen and my tax returns and stimulus checks have been on hold , so unfortunately I have not received any of my refunds yet. So I been suffering doing with out. I went way out of my way getting two forms of i.d. and I went to my set appointment with my letters and documents needed only to sit in front of an employee that just looked on computer and told me nothing although he tried but couldn't help me in any way and made calls for other workers to help and take a look at my case but no answer and I was told that the issue would be looked after and fixed and I would be contacted on my cell phone the very next day. I have yet to hear from the IRS and nothing has been resolved yet. Begging for help! Still have heard nothing. I'm a tax paying citizen and just need this fixed asap. So frustrating to go threw this.

I live on Social Security and I still have not received a single stimulus check...every one I know has gotten 3 checks already and I have yet to receive any checks....smh I even check the IRS website and nothing!

I had an appointment and it went so smooth!!! I was annoyed having to go, but it was actually a pleasant experience and worth the 2 hour drive! The staff was friendly and helpful, I was in and out. Highly recommend! Great service.

Why is it that is going on two months and I havent received my federal, no letter no nothing about what is going on, I need answers, they won’t even pick up the phones, they have it where it says due to high volume we unable to accept call, WHERE IS MY REFUND?????

I have a receipt of my taxes being paid in the correct county and sent in the receipt and they are still refusing to refund me and the are very rude and need to be audit

Great service, professional clerks. I did not have an appointment, staff members squeezed me in. Tax questions answered, resources available was printed out- free of charge.
