BEWARE!!! These people are dumb as rocks.. I finally left because they are telling me clearly that I can’t file the way I should be able to they are telling me I have to file married filing separately which is not the tax law.. I showed them on Google where it says oh but that’s not the irs site… 1st of all I should not have been on Google and 2 days ago I was sent to the DMV to get information so now it’s not the right way to file but it was 2 days ago before they made me go to the DMV. If you chose to have your taxes done there then go ahead but not me I will not have issues with the IRS because they don’t know their tax laws..

Honestly the service was terrible. I had a woman helping me file my taxes. She seemed to not quite be 100% certain of herself while doing my taxes. She was a bit older and slower. She even asked me what something meant at one point during the appointment. At the end of the appointment she gave me my print out QR code to pay my return. She never mentioned paying them.i am a first time customer so I assumed they’d send me a bill. Well 2 weeks later I get a call from said employee stating my ‘return’ was on hold. And I needed to come back in and she’d give me a discount if I did. I came in two days later and apparently she never filed my taxes and I had to still give her a signature. Then she never added the discount so I had to wait approximately 30mins for someone who knew how to add it to fix her mistake. Over all experience was terrible. I will not be a returning customer

My tax professional was nice and professional but they told me it would be 100$ and when I came to get my taxes they charged me over 400$!!!! Not happy.
