Ms. GINA is a GEM!!! She is the most patient and kind person. Went above and beyond for her customers today and it made us feel so welcomed. The store managers are so nice and awesome. My family and I spent more than we planned because it was just a great experience! We will be back

I am loyal to this store since it was opened, today I had a bad experience, I was looking for a particular book, when I heard a woman yelling at the employees, I never expected to see a rude woman yelling, she noticed that I was watching her, then she came to me in aggressive way and asked me if I needed help, I answered no. finally, I got frustrated because I didn't find the item that I wanted, I went to check out to return a pillow, my receipt was a bit damaged but the code can still be read, the cashier told me she will call the manager, I said ok, suddenly a big surprise the manager was the horrible woman that was treating in a bad way all employees, I am not sure if her name is Mariel, as soon as she saw me, she started yelling that she can't take my pillow back,and also some items without prices, that I did want to buy, she intended to acused me that I ripped them off, that was unfair and humiliating, I can't understand how a big store like this, hired this kind of people with zero education, zero manners, there are many available educated youngsters without jobs, they would happy to do a great job. I'll never go back there and I'll tell this to my family and friends.

I was just lied to by the staff saying that the store closed at 9pm est. while I tried to buy my blankets, very distasteful. Will be call corporate

manager on duty told my sister and I we had to leave the store around 9:45 when we were shopping. the store closes at 10 pm est time and we where told we could not shop anymore. I love coming to the store but I don't think this manager on duty should be removing paying customers.

This was one of the nicest cleanest HomeGoods store. Allstaff was tremendously helpful and very. We also met the manager and assistant manager very capable of running the store.

Staff wa pleasant. Clean but cluttered. Not very easy to walk around, feared my elbow would bump something and the item would break. Limited color choices. Went specifically to look for red pillows for use as accents in a bedroom I'm decorating, and wouldn't you know it, not one red pillow in the entire store!

They have a nice, ever changing inventory. All of the staff is friendly and I have enjoyed the items I have purchased over my many visits.

Florence sc. This store has no wheelchair or wheelchair buggy. I asked the manager if they had one available, he said the store don't have any and it is not required to have any. Where is the respect for the elderly and handicap ♿️????
