We drove into the store to buy 2 6ft scaffolding. I had called earlier to check that they had them. The woman on the phone wanted scu #, she couldn't help me. We bought the 5 gal paint for our project. 4 people at customer service looked at us, ignored us even after I waived them down.

Staff was friendly and helpful, found what we needed and check-out was very fast.Associates at our local store were very attentive.

It seems like they do a reasonable job of training people. I like the tool section quite a bit. I also use them for hardware pretty often.

We are getting ready to remodel an entire home. I contacted Kristen at the Florence store for cabinet pricing. Explained exactly what I needed, all straight run base cabinets and requested pricing. I was told that she needed an installer to come out and measure at a cost of $129 because she needed to know where the windows and doors are. There are no upper cabinets to interfere with windows, no doors to interfere with others, There are two straight walls and an island. I explained that I do not need an installer, I know exactly what I need, I am installing on my own, and was told that she cannot help me. Not only have they lost the sale of about 10K in cabinetry, they've lost the sale for all of our appliances, home generator, windows, etc. This has always been the worst store possible when it comes to purchasing anything over $400.

It is what it is, and always there when you need it. Assistance is scarce, but ppl are cheerful and helpful when you find them. Store is much better maintained, organized and stocked than its main competitor.

Ken helped me so much! He took time with me and thought about the project I had in every detail...even things I hadn't thought of. I was so happy he helped me because I am not "hardware savvy". I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!!!!

Lazy sunday afternoon shift employees. 20 mins til closing only needed help finding a board that online said had 250 in stock. Was not in location it was suppose to be. Was told no one could help me due to closing in 20 mins. Don't expect anyone to help you towards in of shift. When store closes at 8. That means 8 o'clock not 20 minutes til.

I'm not one the post bad reviews online and I'm aware of the fact that it really depends on who is serving you and how their day is going but hopefully this kind of review can help the store management improve and help their employees.I placed an order for a curbside pickup, got the notofocation that my order was ready, drove there, notified the store that I was there, waited for FORTY MINUTES, called the store, waited on the phone for 15 more minutes, only for the person to tell me that they were very busy and couldn't help me because they were helping customers in the store.I had two infants and two toddlers in the car, so I couldn't just unload everybody and get in the store. I just asked if they could cancel my order because I really had to leave, and they said it wasn't possible and I had to wait. So I waited for 10 more minutes to finally get my order. The person apologized and said they didn't have enough staff to serve me. I wish they would not accept curbside orders if they couldn't serve their customers...

Neat pretty organized. Staff is helpful. I think it's amazing that on the 1st Saturday of the month they have little projects you can do with your kids. It's awesome. They get to build and paint then. If it's your first time you get an apron. Each project comes with a pin that you add on to the apron. It's pretty awesome.

What is the problem with this staff not being able to think logically? This isn’t the first time this has happened. Purchased an item, didn’t even leave the store, still at the checkout when I noticed the item was broken. Told the cashier I needed to change it out for the exact same item. Two supervisors told her, with me standing there, to tell me that I needed to roll the item to customer service, return it, and buy again so they can mark it as broke. Finally, I guess the supervisor actually heard her own words as she rested it again she realized how d*** that is and finally just said to swap it out since it is the same item. It’s as if the robots can’t think for themselves.

Went in to do a return on Wednesday afternoon May 17th. about 6. On the way in I saw a sale on Wasp and Hornet spray, grabbed several. No one else in line. Ask if I could pay for them there. Made we wait, was rude then said no she was busy. So I put them back and left. I go in there every day. Was a little upset

They have great tools and you can't beat the prices ..it would have been a better shopping experience if, I didn't have to find an employee to help me. All in all...a good shopping experience.
