We purchased a sofa and loveseat from High Point Sofa Factory. Our sales person was friendly and professional. During our search, it was easily our best experience with the local furniture market. We will be back as we have several upgrades in mind and love dealing with quality local businesses like High Point.

The Best of the Best in this area. Furnished our entire first home in 2010. Furniture still looking fabulous but in 2022 we purchased a bigger home and wanted to upgrade all furniture. Jay took his time, listened and made great professional recommendations, He ordered our furniture and got us everything we wanted for our entire house and patio ahead of the move and when move in day came Jay personally arrived with the delivery team to setup. Fast white glove delivery, quality furniture,affordable,professional,friendly staff,brand name and if you don't see an item you want in the showroom no worries they will get it for you.

We purchased a whole bedroom set with 2 large dressers. This is the priciest and cheapest made furniture I’ve ever bought. After only six months the drawers and cabinets started falling apart, along with the legs. I hope I can resell this trash to a carpenter.

I had terrible experience with Ashley Furniture, waiting 13 weeks for a couch that never came. I went into High Point Sofa today, picked out the couch I wanted and it was delivered by 5pm this evening. The whole process was so smooth and quick! From the employees & delivery drivers provided great customer service. The salesman/manager negotiated with me and gave me a good deal. I will definitely be returning!

I was looking for a sofa and loveseat. I went all over Florence trying to find the perfect set. I found what I wanted at Ashley Furniture but was unwilling to pay $6,000. The second day I went looking I ended up at High Point Sofa Factory and found the very same set with the very same name brand for less than half the price. I also found a king size platform bed, bought it as well and still paid less than half the price of the sofa and loveseat at Ashley Furniture. The guys at High Point Sofa Factory ROCK!! Delivery and set up the same day and a slam dunk deal!! You can’t get any better than that. I SCORED BIG that day!!! Thanks Guys!!
