“People in Florence SUCK at leaving reviews. It's one reason why so many people get garbage work done and have terrible contractors half the time. I was at Lowe's looking for a to let seat hinge. Unfortunately, Lowes didn't have any but a couple guys at Lowe's said Carolina Supplyhouse might have one. I drove over there not knowing what to expect, but I was greeted when I walked in and the cashier directed me to the back desk. Once I got there, they said they don't have hinges but have the whole seat due to many different kid of seats, same thing Lowes told me. I noticed the exact toilet seat I needed there and also noticed it was $10 cheaper than the toilet seats at Lowe's. I bought it and went home to do the easy install. I asked a couple people if they knew how good Carolina Supplyhouse was and they both said, "Yeah they're great. I go there all the time." I'm like, why don't y'all leave them a review so people that use Yelp will know? Anyways, that's what I'm doing now. They're professional, funny, and will help you best they can.”

“Much better Christmas tree/greenery selection and price than Home Depot. We were there to get lumber for a project and weren't really sure what we needed. We know we needed plywood and needed it cut. The store was very busy and we were about to walk out but then a guy named Randell asked if we needed help or anything cut and we went with it. “I called Tractor Supply today, and asked the salesman if he would check the SKU number of an item I was interested in purchasing. He politely asked me to please hold while he finished with the chicks. His name is Devonte and he works in the Florence TS. Devonte came back shortly and apologized for the hold. There was something so apologetic about his voice that I forgot the short wait time. Devonte looked up the item and then located it in the store. He said “I’ve got good news. I am looking at two items here in the store “. Devonte seemed as excited as I was to have found the item I was looking for. I appreciate Devonte’s assistance and I am so happy that Tractor Supply has Devonte as an employee such as he.”
“We came to this store on back to back days and both times we had to wander the store for several minutes to find someone to help us, which was unfortunate. However, on both days, Quentin came to our aid and was very knowledgeable in the pieces of plexiglass I needed and was very patient on all the questions I asked. When we returned the next day with the correct measurements, he was happy to cut the plexiglass for us and confirmed multiple times the dimensions we needed, which I appreciated. Quentin provided great customer service and turned our experience into what would have been disappointing into something I was very happy with. Attached is a photo of the project I was working on and am very excited to use that plexiglass as the finishing protective touch.”

“When you don't want to pay full price for your tools I would definitely recommend them they have off brands but they work great and if it should break out of warranty the price you're paying for a new one still does not equal what they want for the real deal”
