Been a customer here for many years bought a variety of tools. Most of their stuff is great, even they're cheap corded power tools but their battery power tools are garbage though. Today I came in the store and bought a tool belt. The belt didn't fit so I took the belt and the receipt back. I felt Avery the manager was rude and he didn't need to be like that.

My old compressor stopped working. The first place I thought of to get a new one with HarborFreight. I drove 30 miles to the store, picked one up, and took it home. As I was pulling out the old compressor, I noticed a reset button on the back of the motor. I plugged it back in, hit the reset button, and it worked fine. So I decided to bring the new one back to the store. The box was unopened. It was in the condition that it was when I brought it home a couple of days before. they charged me $50 as a restocking fee! And they didn’t tell me! If I knew there was going to be a $50 penalty, I would’ve put the compressor back on the truck, and went back home! ??

$20 for an inch pound torque wrench for a lawnmower project was perfect. Doesn’t need to be a high-end one. Was in and checked out in <5 minutes.
