We are getting ready to remodel an entire home. I contacted Kristen at the Florence store for cabinet pricing. Explained exactly what I needed, all straight run base cabinets and requested pricing. I was told that she needed an installer to come out and measure at a cost of $129 because she needed to know where the windows and doors are. There are no upper cabinets to interfere with windows, no doors to interfere with others, There are two straight walls and an island. I explained that I do not need an installer, I know exactly what I need, I am installing on my own, and was told that she cannot help me. Not only have they lost the sale of about 10K in cabinetry, they've lost the sale for all of our appliances, home generator, windows, etc. This has always been the worst store possible when it comes to purchasing anything over $400.

Ken helped me so much! He took time with me and thought about the project I had in every detail...even things I hadn't thought of. I was so happy he helped me because I am not "hardware savvy".I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!!!!

So this is what we woke up too. No knock on the door. No call. I walked outside and a black SUV is in front of house and some guy is making his best EFFORT to stack these windows. The Home Depot Florence SC would not let us pick them up. apparently somebody has not warned them about strange vehicles and Country folk. But The Home Depot work real hard at removing negative reviews on their FB Page. I will not step foot in their stores again. Not even to purchase a screw.

Had a terrible experience at this particular store trying to purchase kitchen cabinets . I explained and displayed a diagram to a gentleman named. MICAH he did not appear to be customer service oriented I explained to him that I needed bottom cabinets and top cabinets for my. project he picked out two bottom cabinets and forgot the two upper. cabinets for my kitchen project. So assumed that I HAD all parts that. I needed for my project. When I got home opened the boxes , Mr MICAH was in a hurry to go to lunch as I recall customer service. was not on his mind. Be very careful going in this store

Home Depot is always my go to home improvement store in Florence SC. Team members are always willing to help and courteous. Prices can be sometimes on the higher end on some things, but never had issues getting prices matched.

9/8/22 just before closing Looking for a specific item and unable to find it . Went to the customer service desk where I had the privilege of meeting the sweetest person ever (Jada) she looked in the system for me and repeatedly apologized that it was online only . One of the most courteous and well mannered down to earth people I have ever met in my life 10/5 stars young lady

There were no paint associates or backup paint associates to assist me in my painting extravaganza, there was a nice fella who called on the speaker phone but even then there was nobody. 0/5 if I could.

Home Depot, like many companies, has experienced staff issues but they are taking care of this in a huge way! With quality new hires and excellent training they have made customer service the number 1 goal. I've enjoyed seeing this in person.

Someone please tell me why there are 5 women employees standing at customer service but no one to help in the paint dept. worst Home Depot ever, no help and no one knows where anything is located!!! This store is over staffed with idiots!!!!

My husband and I went into the Home Depot in Florence to buy paint for a guest bedroom that we were remodeling. We thought that while we were there, we would check out the carpeting as the room needed new carpeting as well. I originally was going to go with a local business but figured we would see what Home Depot had to offer. After speaking to Kelly, we found some thing that we liked and I explained that the carpeting would need to be installed prior to October 20 which was three weeks away. She assured me that it would be no problem and that the installers usually install within two weeks time. I asked her repeatedly if she was absolutely sure because I had company coming from out of state and I did not want to order the carpeting unless it would be done before my company game. Again, she assured me that it would be no problem. When the installer called me to set a date, he gave me a date of November 9. Needless to say I argued this out with him and he said that there was no way that they ever install anything quicker than 4 to 5 weeks. I called Home Depot back and finally was able to speak to a manager who basically told me that there was nothing they could do about it and that the sales girl had done no wrong. I beg to differ, she told me what I wanted to hear just to get the sale. I will never, ever purchase anything of this magnitude from this Home Depot again.

Went to this location on Friday and decided on a refrigerator priced at $998.00. Came back a day later with a hired mover after removing the old refrigerator from the home. They removed the price and raised it over $500.00 for the exact model and even though I took a picture of the price, they refused to sell it. That is bad business. One appliance clerk looked at my sales guy and said, what happened with that customer yesterday? What did I tell you? He had already given me the same price it was posted at. He was uncomfortable. Moved me away from that tech. Looked at the computer a few minutes and said that he couldn’t honor the price. The manager also refused to honor the price.

Does anyone know how I go about pressing charges against Home Depot for theft? I paid for a vanity April 30, 2020, went to pick it up and they had sold it again and didn't have anymore. I have yet to receive a refund but have been given several different stories such as it was put back on my MasterCard (I don't have one and did use it to pay for the item. They mailed the refund ( mail is slow but 22 days?). It was put back on my debit card ( um no it was not). So this is criminal. I purchased an item and they stole my money!

Worst Customer Service experience ever! Ordered and paid online, missing stuff, no concern on the part of the staff, they watched me load that stuff myself. Finally another Customer helped me load the heavy stuff. Then I was left out front while the woman went to check on the other stuff, and she never returned! Found my receipt at Customer Service desk, and no one there had a clue. They ended up crediting me with the stuff they didn't have, and said they couldn't order it for me. 90 minutes to pick up an online order. My last trip to this store!

The team at this location is always extremely helpful; today more so than others. Shawana truly went above and beyond to ensure we got the dryer we wanted (in a decent timeframe). She went over all of its specs, parts needed and the delivery process. She needs to be recognized for her efforts as Shawana made this a seamless process.
