D’Angelo Lee was awesome!! I recommend him to anyone! I put 4 stars (round up to 4.5) because of a finance worker that test drove my trade in. He threw my keys on the desk like they were nothing and it felt very disrespectful. Everyone else was awesome!! I recommend buying from here!

The parts department is the absolute WORST at answering the phone. I will be making a complaint with the BBB. I have to drive 25 miles just to see if they have a part in stock! When they can simply just answer the phone!

My experience was great thank you to Josh for showing me the vehicle and getting me started. Thank you to Markese he was so helpful and professional with all the details and closing of the deal, and a special thank you to my cousin Azhana it was bc of her I even went there. The sales rep i worked with was Rickey B. He was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly and he was genuinely trying to assist me the best he could and I appreciate everything he and everyone else at Five Star Nissan did for me!! I’m especially grateful that i was able to drive off the lot with my brand new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder!! Still waiting on GM to contact me on why I had a bad review on service Dept. Why should I contact them and in they're system I'm marked as a difficult customer. We'll when you feel like you're done wrong I have a right to my opinion. And still never saw pictures of my tires and why my care was returned dirty with muddy oil all around it.
