Excellent service and incredible staff! Took my 2015 Silverado in for a face-lift after a small collision. Staff was extremely friendly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend and will be using them again!

They did a good job restoring my vehicle to the same condition if not better. They are very thorough, checked every detail. Communication was was great. Waiting for parts is the only inconvenience but that is not their fault. My vehicle needed specialized parts.

Every experience I have had at five star collision has been 10 out of 10! Lauren in customer service is fantastic and never hesitates to attend to the customers needs. You cannot go wrong with five star collision!

This place at first seemed like it was going to be ok. Well looks deceived! Horrific work done if things were done at all. It was a State Farm backed location which after getting vehicle back and having it verified in NY by a State Farm backed location they found work to be horrible. If again done at all. They charged State Farm 45k and State Farm actually totaled the car it was that bad. Stay away and beware of this location!

I chose five star to handle the collision portion of my accident claim. After 2 weeks of waiting on the insurance company to get my vehicle, I called them and they retrieved my vehicle the next day. They quickly did an assessment and declared it a total loss, but they got the job done fast and efficiently.

I would give -10 if I could. Took my car in for front end repair., they inspected it and gave an estimate. Scheduled a date to bring it back and they kept it for 4 weeks. They surely should have tracked down the necessary parts before scheduling the car to be brought in for repair. They could not get part, and were unwilling to look further. They told us the car needed to be salvaged and have insurance company pay us. This was "usual" when they cannot get parts. They repaired nothing and said we could pick up the car but would have to pay $250+ for them to put it back together. They did not put the side marker light back in place, did not reinstall the plastic motor shield and left out some of the mounting hardware for the bumper. Five Star is not to be trusted.
The car has been fully repaired elsewhere.

These guys worked closely with my insurance company, schedule and anxiety. They kept me updated on progress and answered my stupid questions. I got my truck back in a reasonable amount of time and the work looks great.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
The repair work done on my car was impeccable. Not only does it look as good as new, but the team also went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. They kept me informed throughout the process, explaining each step and answering any questions I had.
The turnaround time was also impressive. Despite the extent of the damage, my car was repaired promptly, and I was back on the road in no time.

Second time I’ve had to take my car there and went the second time bc from the first incident I knew they do good work. Although I think the damage was a little more the second time, my car was ready in a decent amount of time and it looks great! I still have to take it back for something else after 30 days, as I did the first time, but have no doubt it’ll be done good in a timely manner!
