Had a blow out just north of here. Got there not long after they opened. I was gr warmly and helped right away. Unfortunately I have an uncommon size tire that wasn't stocked but they could get it. Had to wait til the place opened for them to get it, but they did what they could to accommodate me and get me back on my way as fast as they could. Great people here!

Had an appointment to get 4 tires installed. Waited over 5 hours. Another customer came in 3 hours after I did with no appointment and got 4 tires installed and was out the door 45 minutes before me. There were no issues or problems with my car. Just poor customer service.

I was traveling on 95S and encountered some car trouble. Firestone was recommended to me and I was very pleased with their service and willingness to work me in to their busy Saturday morning schedule.

We had a battery failure on our drive home from vacation in Florida. We use Firestone for our cars in Wilmington DE where we live. We looked for a Firestone in Florence by our hotel to help us out and they did a great job for us. Zach Hughes gave us priority service to come right over and get the battery changed out. Our records were in the computer so everything was known on our Pilot. We were out in a little over one hour and on our way home. We owe a debt of gratitude to Zach and his team. Please make sure that he is recognized by Firestone and the store management.

Battery was dead that morning, called Chuck and he got us right in. I waited there while the work was completed (at a very reasonable charge....less than the estimate) and they had me in and out within an hour! We just moved to the area...and this is our new go to when we have car troubles! Thanks so much!

Absolutely horrific experience! Went in to buy 1 tire and waiting 3hrs! Even after my vehicle was put in the lift!!!! (DONE TO PREVENT ME FROM LEAVING)!!!! If you go there plan to be there for hours and breakfast, and lunch!!!

My car has been in their shop EIGHT days now, and they called saying it would be fixed today. Everytime I talk with them I get a different story about what's wrong with and I was told it SHOULD be fixed several different times before today. Hello.I have been taking my 3 vehicles to this location on Hoffmeyer in Florence, SC for the last 6 years. They work on my regular car and another car, always knowledgeable and polite. You have to be mindful of timing though, but they try their best to accommodate. This time I came to replace a Continental specialty run flat tire, Zach H. checked it out, gave me advice, and we eventually ordered the tire, because it wasn't available through their regular sources, he managed to get me the best price by researching and calling a few places and it came next day. Zach and his associates opened a ticket and a made a bay available for me for when I arrived, I called 30 min in advance. Good crew, sometimes they are slammed.

Took 4hrs to get an oil change. If you're a working person and you go to Firestone in Florence SC make sure to take three days off of work. The actual mechanics are really good once they get your vehicle into one of the beds. The three guys behind the counter I have no clue what they're doing b/c they'll take their sweet time like your time don't matter. Try and go midday maybe you will have a better day than those who go in the morning.

After they did some service to my car the cash I kept in my car was missing.It's $120 .Nobody could get access to my car that day except the Firestone people.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your establishment today. As a loyal customer, I had high expectations for the quality of service I would receive, but unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations.My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and I was informed that the job would take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. However, after waiting patiently for several hours, I decided to reach out for an update around 3:30-4ish. To my surprise, I was informed that the parts person had delivered the necessary items late, resulting in a delay in the commencement of the work on my car.Despite being assured that my vehicle was being worked on and would be completed soon, I found myself still waiting at 6:20PM. This is when I started calling the service center repeatedly, desperately trying to get an update on the status of my vehicle repair. Shockingly, nobody bothered to inform me that my car would be staying overnight. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable.Frustrated and concerned, I decided to visit the service center in person, arriving at 6:35 PM. To my utter dismay, there was no one present, even though the listed closing time was 7 o'clock. I cannot comprehend why there was no staff available before the closing time, leaving customers like me feeling abandoned and ignored.Furthermore, the fact that I was not given a courtesy call to inform me of the delay and the need for alternative arrangements is deeply disappointing. As a customer, I rely on clear and timely communication to make informed decisions about my vehicle and schedule. This lack of consideration for my time and inconvenience is simply unacceptable.I expect better from a reputable establishment like Firestone. I believe that customer service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, my recent experience has left me questioning the commitment to that principle at your service center.I kindly request a thorough investigation of this matter and appropriate action to rectify the situation. I anticipate a prompt response addressing my concerns and providing a satisfactory resolution. Restoring my faith in Firestone's services is crucial, and I hope that this incident will serve as an opportunity for improvement.** update ****I went there this morning to find answers because nobody still attempted to give me a call.
