I’ll never forget watching my items being dumped violently in front of me and the attitude I felt from the cashier working at this location! I was kind to her and I was treated poorly. I won’t be back to this location. Counseling is needed for the employee and please review the camera footage because the man behind me was treated the same way and he was elderly!!!

Every time I go to this location for any sale the item is either in the wrong place or not stocked on shelves. The ladies who work in there are no help on where anything in the store is located. Even once was asked how I didn’t see an item then I told her it was hidden behind other products she said nothing else. Please nicer people apply to work at this family dollar.

Great place to get certain items cheaper than grocery store, and numerous other products you can't find in a grocery store. Basically a miniature Walmart in a sense but some things have better prices than Walmart especially cereal n some snacks.

I went into the family dollar on West Palmetto Street in Florence SC on 06/15/2022. I purchased 2cans of flying insect spray which clearly was 2for $8.50 on the tag. After viewing my receipt it showed 2@$6.15 . I went back into the store and talked with a cashier and we walked to the back to view the tag. There were two tags side by side with different amounts for the same product. I asked after she adamantly insisted it was 6.15 what about the tag that says
[email protected]. It's 6.15. I was furious and although the nats are so bad and I needed it I don't think it was right and although I took it further by calling Corporate I will never go in there again. I should have asked for a refund. Angry customer.

I was in store today shop there alot the Manger was very rude because I had a 100 dollar bill and wouldn't service me told me to shops some where else or go to bankshescared me almost called police she's very angry don't know her name but she was African American

I would absolutely love to give 0 stars because the sales associate running this store on Easter Sunday deserves 0 stars!!!!!! I went inside to return a stuffed animal that I had purchased the day before for my grand baby. The older woman running the register sighed and had a extremely bad attitude about the return. I had my receipt and the stuffed animal was in the same condition as purchased the day before. The woman snatched my receipt and threw it somewhere. Then she gave me a piece of paper to fill out my name and address. Before I could even finish filling out my information she snatches the paper and yells "that's all you need to fill out" all I can say is if you don't like your job go somewhere else because I'm 100% sure someone else would love the opportunity!!!!!

I went to this store around 2:00 pm today, picked up my items and went to the check out. There was a lady ahead of me who had difficulty finding her money to pay but after awhile she came up with it. The cashier was fine with her and then it was my turn. I walked up, placed my items on the counter and said hello to the cashier. She mumbled something, totalled my purchases and, rather gruffly, asked if I had 3 cents. I told her I believed so and as I was getting the change from my change purse, she reached past me and told the next person in line to step forward and she'd ring their purchases up. She was rude, rude, rude. Is this the best Family Dollar stores can do now? Is this how your managers train your employees? They are setting a very low bar to standards. I will not be back!!
