“I came into cricket at this location and the woman that was working gave me a warm welcome as soon as I came into the store. She was busy with another customer and didn't ignore me she incorporated me into what she was already doing and told me if I any questions to ask her and I told her I only needed to make a bill pay and she opened the other register just to take my payment while she was activating a phone. I asked her a question about my phone and she was very informative and helped me aswell. She had great customers service and a great personality and I will be coming to this location more often. I believe her name was Kristina.”

“I am happy with my purchase. I got the JBL 1200 watt amp and 2 12" zstat subs along with all new door speakers. It sounds great! I recommend going to Norton and I'll tell you why. I told the guy what I wanted and he gave me a reasonable option not trying to upsell and overcharge like other places. Now, I never heard of zstat and was skeptical but the guy swore by the subwoofers so I made a choice and am happy with not only the quality of sound but also the price I paid for it. Thank you guys for staying late to make sure my car got done on a day where there was no room for another appointment. Above and beyond!”
