I visited for a service appointment, which was completed promptly and efficiently. Following that, we went to look at some new trucks! the team was great and made the entire process easy fun and enjoyable. This is an EXCELLENT new car dealership in the Florence, South Carolina area.

I found a car online that I just had to have. I looked for similar deals closer to me, but I just kept coming back to the one here. I contacted them to get more information and to my surprise they quickly sent me all of the details on the car for my review. During this time I continued to search for other deals, just in case, and Legacy didn’t continue to call me/email me like many of the other dealerships did.
They were super professional each step of the way. I finally decided and I contacted Legacy that I was interested in purchasing this vehicle.
I was able to do everything online once I locked in when I would be stopping by for a test drive and possible trade in.
Jessica was fabulous each step of the way and made it so easy. The day I arrived everyone was so nice. The test drive went flawless so I knew I was going to purchase it. James in finance was so knowledgeable and nice. Fun fact we started talking about lawn care and wow, he knows his stuff!
When we were switching keys as I traded my car in, Jessica reminded me about my radar detector. She personally tried to get it out (it had an installation kit on the rearview mirror and was hardwired). When she realized she didn’t have the right tool, she went back to the service department and before I knew it- they were able to remove it.
Overall amazing experience, so much I usually remove the decal of the dealership when I purchase vehicles, but I left this one.
I don’t mind driving the 2.5 hours again, because it was that memorable!

I have bought a lot of vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. Jessica was fantastic from point of contact to final sale. I found my truck online and had a fair contract negotiated within a couple hours and made the drive to trade in and purchase. I was in and out within an hour. Great experience!

If you need your car serviced I recommend going elsewhere. I called several times for 3-4 days to schedule an appointment. I told the guy who answers the calls no one would answer the phone in the service department, I left messages and never received a call back. Finally I spoke with a lady and explained to her that I had been calling for days and she arranged for me to come in. I will say she was the only person I dealt with at this dealership that seems to care. So this morning I dropped my car off around 8 am. I told the service manager I needed my oil changed and tires rotated. They dropped me off at my job and told me they would call around 4:00-4:30 to arrange for someone to pick me up by 5:00. At 4:30 I had not received a call so I made several attempts to call them but no one would answer. Finally someone picked up and proceeded to put me on hold for 20 mins, by this time it was already after 5. They said someone would be on the way to get me. I waited about 20 mins but no one had shown up yet so a coworker gave me a ride. I get there and they proceed to tell me they did not rotate my tires because they did not have the lock tool for my rims and they “couldn’t find it”. The tool kit with this tool is stored in the back compartment area where it was when I bought it brand new. No one made any attempt to call me and ask me where it was and further more they are the factory rims that came on it. So a Jeep dealership doesn’t have a lock tool for Jeep factory rims?! Then my total for just the oil change with a $20 coupon was $107. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I won’t be back and I certainly won’t recommend it. I like to stay local but from now on I’ll have my Jeep serviced at another dealership.

I have been trying to call the service department for a few days to schedule a repair due to a recall ---- no voicemail, no messages, just a recorded voice saying they are unable to anser the call.......... Ready to get you in a car, not willing to back it up.......TERRIBLE SERVICE

Moved here from NC and went to get my second of two free oil changes here didnt notice til I got home and got out of the car was grease marks on my handle and on the outside of the door where they opened it. I had to clean the grease off my door very unprofessional of them. In Morganton whrte I bought my car they put on plastic covers over there shoes and paper matts on your floorboard when the technicians get in your car and they have enuff sense to wipe their hands before touching your car. They could of cleaned it off. No respect for other peoples property. I guess the service part was good but Im disappointed with them putting grease on my car door. I will probly go to another Jeep dealership from now on even if I have to go to another county.

Don't go to trade in a vehicle because they will ruin your brakes while trying to sell you a clunker. Don't try to get parts either because they will transfer you to a laugh behind the phone while they waste your time. You have to watch people now days. Especially dealerships.

From start to end, I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I called bc I needed a valve cover gasket replaced. The service advisor, Tab, sounded like he hated his job and kept cutting me off when I initially called. I told him what was happening with my car and what I needed. He said okay, scheduled me for 11:00 am the following Monday, and said that he would call me back shortly with a price for the parts. I never received a call back, but thought nothing of it bc I knew that it wasn’t an expensive gasket set. Come Monday, I had to work out of town, so I had my sister drop it off for me. The same service advisor that I had dealt with was there, and according to her, he denied ever having said that he would order the parts, and told her that it was my responsibility to do so- a straight up lie. He then started to make her order the parts herself until someone else, assuming a service manager, overheard and stepped in. Skip forward to picking the car up the following day, after being told that the repair would only take an hour- it drove worse than it did when it was dropped off! Before, there was a shallow puddle of oil in two of the wells. After, I took a look and there was oil in every single spark plug well and more than ever before, AND none of the bolts on the backside of the valve cover were even hand tight! The service advisor failed to provide decent service, failed to order my parts, failed to update me along the process, and failed to inform me that the gasket set he ordered didn’t include tube seals. The tech that performed the service failed to perform the service or inspection adequately. He claimed to have performed an inspection, yet failed to notice that he hadn’t tightened down half the bolts and that the tube seals weren’t even seated correctly. I tried contacting the Service Manager, but I guess he didn’t deem me important enough for a call back. If someone from Legacy sees this, please reach out to me. I wasted hundreds of dollars and was without my car for two days, only for my car to get worse due to your employees’ lack of service standards.
Please do not provide me with the same generic response where you say thank you and apologize for the service dept. I need an actual resolution to this issue.
