Awful awful attitude of man running the register. He had to do a refund for me and he huffed and puffed the entire time. If you don’t like your job don’t blame it in the customers!!! I’m so glad the plexiglass partition was between because he was sighing hard.

I recently went to this store to pick up a few items for my wife to help her get over her stomach bug. I had trouble finding some of the things she needed and asked a young woman for help. I believe her name was Corina. She was incredibly helpful so kind and polite that it made my visit that much better. This isn’t my normal Dollar General store as there’s one closer to my house(that store was closed early for some reason) but from now on I’ll be going here! Thank you Ms. Corina you were such an amazing help during my stressful time! Dollar General needs more employees like her!

If I could give this negative stars I would. Been coming here for years because I'm right down the road from it. Recently a new woman is now manager of this store and she is nothing but rude. never has a nice thing to say to anyone. Treats every guest like dirt. My card would not read or swipe with her scanner and she basically told me to leave. THANKFULLY my friend CHRIS. ...shout out to Chris... Helped me and tried again and got it to work. She needs to be fired like asap I won't be returning unless I know she is not there.

Typically when I frequent this Dollar General location, the associates exhibit excellent customer service skills and are very friendly, however, tonight that was not the case. Prior to scanning my items the cashier was rude. No one greeted me as I entered the store as I know they were trained to do so. Upon checkout, I had very heavy items in my cart such as a 32 pack of water and 2-12 pack canned sodas. I assisted by scanning the heavy items with the scanning gun as I've done on multiple occasions when I have something that is too heavy to lift in my cart due to back issues. The cashier got very annoyed sarcastically stating its covid amongst other things while not wearing a mask herself. Stating now she has to disinfect her scanning gun. I assume she would have to do that anyway between usage. (Story policy) Store policy also states masks are required which she did not have one on while mentioning COVID. Then when she saw my facial expression, she responded, "I'm not trying to be rude." There were many other ways she could have conveyed her message, however, she chose that method of communication. Perhaps Dollar General should do a much better job of training their associates on their customer service skills. She was very unprofessional, rude and condescending. It took everything within my being to not return the favor. At that point I just wanted my items scanned so I could pay and leave the store. I don't plan on going back. There's another DG within a few miles from where I reside. Their associates exude customer service unlike this particular location. I did not get her name, but I did leave a photo of the receipt to identify the date and time of purchase to identify cashier.

20 minutes before they close.. doors weren't locked but told us they decided to close early. How is that ok?

This particular location is ALWAYS in disarray. Every time I go in this location there are always carts in aisles with products stacked to the top. I went this morning at their opening time (8 AM) and no one came to unlock the door. About 8:05 the store manager came to the door and said "Sorry, but we're closed until 11. The store is a mess and we need to clean up". However, I went back at 4:30 this afternoon and the store was STILL a mess! The home decor aisle was filled with carts and there were carts in several other places. There have been multiple occasions when I have been in this store and have had turn sideways in order to get to a particular product because these carts were all over the place. If the store needs to be cleaned, and this one definitely does, the employees should be made to stay after close or come in early in the morning to do so. I did take pictures of the mess I saw when I went this afternoon, but can't get it to load.

Only one person working in the store and she had the WORST attitude. We were the only customers in the store I walked up to the fridge near the register to see if they had the drink I was looking for and she runs up to the front but when I tell her I wasn't ready she huffs and looks at me irritated And walks off. I look and my husband simply walks towards the register to look at something and she runs up with a box in her hand and asks if we're ready. When he says no she drops the box irritated again. We ended up leaving and going across the street. That attitude was absolutely unnecessary!!

The one associate working was awesome. However, the registers froze up, no one else was there to log in and help and I spent 30 minutes trying to purchase 1 item. Time to upgrade your equipment and have 2 people working at a time.
