I have beeb remiss in making this review,however, the past two times I went to this location on 2nd Loop, Florence, I'm greeted with a huge smile and "welcome to dollar general by Taniyah, she is the most customer friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Super sweet and courteous. I went to the same location in late April and needed some balloons blown up, I also wrote down the names of her co-workers this particular Saturday night and for the life of me I can't find my receipt that I jotted their names on. The balloons gave them a bit of an issue, but they did not stop until they figured out how to get this done. They were absolutely awesome and smiled and joked the entire time! Nowadays customer service is all but non-existent, but Taniyah is absolutely awesome! The epitome of what customer service should look like and be.

I would love to give all kudos to the lady that rang me out on Friday December 22, 2023. The Dollar Tree store on 2nd loop rd in Florence sc Her name was Africa. She deserves a raise. She was the only person who was cashing people out the line was so long but she was still very pleasant and polite. So very happy with the way she handled the people in all the long line. When it came to my time to be rang out she was so happy and very polite. I asked her how she was doing a d she told me that she is very tired but she was just pushing herself to get the line down and keep the customer happy. She even wished us Happy Holidays. She is a very sweet young lady. Dollar tree needs more people like her. Africa was awesome lady. Thank you Africa for the awesome job you did. All of us that was in line said the same thing about her. Keep up the great job Africa.

Broken in much need of repairs in staffing and merchandise. Nothing changed in making it a free standing store except maybe it smells better. Little or no cars should be a sign something is not right.

They closed the store early when we really needed some diapers for our baby. Don't go here because they obviously don't care for our family. Employees looked me in the eyes and didn't care. Don't go here
