Above and Beyond! Stranded with a dog due to a blow out. Tires had to be ordered. The team made me and my dog comfortable as they trouble shot the situation. Then assisted me in renting a car until repaired. Exception professionalism.

Pulled in at 4:30pm on a Friday after getting a flat on 95 and they had it replaced and I was back on the road in just over an hour!

Service and service time is terrible! Having to wait 3 hours for a tire to be replaced that I recently purchased less than 30 days from the same place is ridiculous! Watching people come in and leave ahead of me was even worst! Had no idea I would need to take a day off to replace a tire. I’ll never go there again!!

Good prices and very knowledgeable staff. I brought a set of rims and they were extremely careful when mounting the tires. Will return for my other cars.

Wonderful experience at this Discount Tire. I called them when I was about 30 minutes to an hour away and they were prepared for my arrival. They quickly got my family back on the road by patching a tire for us. The team member who took care of us did a wonderful job and was hustling taking care of as many customers as she could.

If you need tires in Florence SC. This is the place to stop. I pulled up Michael came out and greeted me and said i can get you fixed up We had multiple flats on the way back from Florida Keys with our boat trailer. After many cheap o tires I finally broke down and got all new Goodyears. They had us in and out in under and hour. Excellent service. Much appreciated!

been calling all morning since there opening time and it took 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone and then when I get a wait time of an hour and a half. I tried to call as soon as they open, but nobody would answer to sit in early appointment and I have to get on the road in 30 minutes
