They will send a text stating that the prescription is ready, when you arrive it's not ready I'm so over this pharmacy.

So today I needed to get me and my son that is 3 medication with him running a fever. Got to the window around 5:52pm was told they did not have my son medicine but they had mines, as the lady did the med we was waiting she came back to the window at 6:00pm ask her to check again for the med for him it was there but I was told I cant get his due to the registers that will be closing shortly, now this is what I don’t get I been there before u closed so why I can’t get the meds I never had this problem with cvs in Columbia. I feel like they don’t like to do there jobs when they have to work over a few minutes. This will be my last time at this cvs

They ladies at the front are great but the older lady with short brown hair in the pharmacy is not friendly at all. The prescription was sent over at 12:50pm and it was after 3pm before it was done. She was super cold and in zero hurry.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent in a script on a Monday, was told it could be done by Wednesday, called back two weeks later asking about it and the woman hung up on me. I should have known better given its rough location. Go elsewhere.

This is the slowest, most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever used. I will not go back. I've been trying to get my Rx's for over 24 hrs, and they are STILL not all ready. When I called to check the status, I started asking why it was taking so long. The woman I was talking to hung up on me. I could understand that if I had been rude or abusive, but I was not. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU NEED SOMETHING IN A HURRY.

Just stopped by store on 733 S Irby St Florence SC. There were 2 females working. Only 2 customers in entire store. No one spoke to me. No one asked me if I needed help. Then I used self checkout and turned to ask for a trash can to throw away my empty cup. The employee stated she didn’t have a trash can for me to use. Customer service was horrible.

Only thing good about this store is the male cashier at the front. The people working in the pharmacy is a joke. Having people wait even longer when they were told a different wait time is absurd.

The faculty on the phone are rude in the pharmacy section. I tried to transfer my prescription over to a different pharmacy even the one I didn't get filled and they marked all of them inactive. So, now I have to call the doctors offices to get them sent to the new pharmacy. Will not deal with this company again.
