I originally went here for the covid vaccine, I scheduled the first dose with no problem. it was slow (even though no one was there) but I didn't mind the wait as I really had nowhere else to be. the same day, they scheduled me to come back in three weeks for the second dose. I get there, early, and i get checked in. Just for them to tell me they don't do the second dose?? Wtf?? So I'm standing there, not really knowing what to do because they told me like I should have known. So they take me out of their system and tell me to call another cvs and ask for the mono vaccine (they did not explain any further). they told me to look for a guy(very helpful :/) and took my papers back. After all this they still tried to get me to pay $29 for a flu vaccine?? They're out here sending me on side quests as if they did not send me into another manic episode. thanks cvs!! Such a great help!

CVS Pharmacy location at 3306 W Palmetto St Florence, SC The pharmacy at this location is HORRIBLE! Where do I even start? There are NUMEROUS MAJOR PROBLEMS with this location. They routinely take upwards of 45 minutes or more just to answer phone calls in which their clients are required to make in order to get them to fill certain prescriptions, despite the fact that the doctor has already sent it to them and they won't fill it without the patient personally calling in to request that it be filled. They have gotten so bad that it's now to the point that on many days, they don't answer the phone at all. Today I go there in person after waiting over 2 hours TWICE on the phone with NO ANSWER. I approached the counter and told the pharmacy technician that I had called twice and waited hours each time with no answer and she then tells me they're too busy to answer their phone calls. The Pharmacist on duty even backs her up on this and both were INCREDIBLY RUDE about it. I told her I need my prescription filled today as today is the day it's due and she then told me they have it in stock, but that I'll have to wait until tomorrow because they have other prescriptions to fill too. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. No place of business should ever be able to get by with treating their customers this way and ignoring their phone calls. I have to go out of town today and I will not be back until 8 days from today. They won't even transfer my prescription so I can get it filled elsewhere. I've used plenty of other pharmacies and none of them are anything like this location. Even other CVS locations are not like this, The whole pharmacy, include and especially those in charge should be replaced ASAP.

I like this CVS because it is close to home but they absurdly quoted the cost of a medicine (not covered by our insurance) as 1000$. We took the same prescription to Walmart and got it for 26$, still not covered by insurance. Unreal. This CVS is located in an economically depressed area and that kind of corporate mark-up is absolutely ridiculous.

Small but friendly drug store. After only being here a few months, the pharmacy staff know me when I pick up my orders. Even with it being a smaller store then others in the area, it had been stocked with items I need. We will be using this Cvs for our medication needs.
