I came into cricket at this location and the woman that was working gave me a warm welcome as soon as I came into the store. She was busy with another customer and didn't ignore me she incorporated me into what she was already doing and told me if I any questions to ask her and I told her I only needed to make a bill pay and she opened the other register just to take my payment while she was activating a phone. I asked her a question about my phone and she was very informative and helped me aswell. She had great customers service and a great personality and I will be coming to this location more often. I believe her name was Kristina.

I went to the Cricket store this morning to get some assistance in setting up my voicemail. I had a wonderful experience with a kind-hearted, professional saleswoman, who patiently worked out the issue. She was friendly, smart, and proceeded to get my voicemail up and running. I am so glad I switched to Cricket a week ago, and I highly recommend the customer service!

Customer service was okay, actually disappointed with this store. I got a new phone (Moto G Pure) and was told i get a case and screen protector with the phone since i mentioned i was eligible for a upgrade. ( Being i was given the cheapest case possible and told that they didn't have a screen protector for my phone in stock) i was told to return the following week and is be given the protector. So i follow up and yet was told they still do not have one in stock. Kinda ridiculous especially after making me pay $160 for a phone when i used my upgrade and i didnt receive the protector nor a case i selected. But the price remained the same as if i didn't use my upgrade. Would be a shame to lose a valued customer after 5 years. Because of poor work ethic and service.

After a very long porting issue Emani help and patient i love her abd her serivce and she quick to sell and i talked with her for three days and finally came in!
