He was so helpful with information and even got me a tissue when I was on the phone crying to the police about the accident I had just been in. He is an amazing employee, and I believe the manager there; which I will also be calling him personally to thank him once I get all the way home to Maryland.”

“This was the second time we rented a car from here. This is one of two locations on Florence SC. They have a number for you to call if you have a reservation outside their open window. When I called, the customer service representative offered to come pick me up and drive me to the other location. She altered my agreement to match their open window because the online reservation system does not have their current hours updated for that particular location. The representative was very professional and made sure we were happy with our rental. We will definitely use them in the future.”
