It sad how this is supposed to be a affordable housing and the Manager was charging me 1400 for a 3 bedroom not even upgraded. The Manager be lying cause first the apartments was 1110 to 1400, Boy Bye .Please if you come here do your research before paying for a application fee.

The African American guy that's and charge is very unprofessional. He never answers the phone after leaving countless of messages. Stop advertising in the newspaper if you're not accepting applications! A pure joke.
