I had an appointment. I went for the test drive and the person who was going to show me the car didn’t show up other 3 people said they are not here I am sorry. I told me any of you guys can show me the car. They said they are waiting on some customer and there are ready to go home. This was in professional and I waited there as one person told me that if the customer who he was going to show around by 5:30 PM if they don’t come I will show you around. I waited 45 minutes he kept on saying I am waiting on the customer. They didn’t show me around and I had to leave. An hour before heading to the dealership I confirmed the appointment still they did this to me.

This place took advantage of my elderly mother. My mother took her car here to be serviced and they told her she needed an air filter. The problem is I installed a permanent one so she wouldn’t have to worry about it. So they either stole or threw away the $70 one and charged her for the replacement. When I confronted them about it all the guy said was “sorry, that guy doesn’t work here anymore”. This place won’t get another penny out of me.

My husband and I was able to get a new car today. Kendric Solomon is an amazing salesman. He was willing and able to answer all our questions. Thanks to him and management we are happy that we used Cale Yarborough Honda.

Freddie Graham and Big Jim is the best supportive team, that's why it was no doubt that when I lost my car due accident, Cale Yarborough was the only dealership I wanted to go. Thanks to all staff members for being professional and showing kind gestures during my difficult time.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had the worst experience at Cale Yarborough. The only reason I did not go to another dealership to purchase a vehicle is because I couldn't find the same vehicle at any other dealership in town. I purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander, cash. I found the vehicle, I found the dealership, I found the salesperson (Freddie), I paid cash, and the experience was awful. The day I picked up my vehicle, we were told we could not take it home because they recently had a lady steal a car with a fake check from the bank, so they have new protocols with checks and this was a FRIDAY. Apparently, our salesman didn't confirm the pickup with the finance manager. At this point we were extremely frustrated and the finance manager was extremely rude because my Mother was upset and he took it personal. That following Tuesday I wanted the vehicle delivered and when I went to pick it up we were told "the vehicle was not able to be delivered because your salesman did not want to share his commission." WOW. It gets worse. By the time we left the dealership it was closed. When I got home I noticed a huge crack at the very bottom of my windshield, along with some paint peeling from the top of the hood. I would have never noticed this crack if I was not messing with my wipers. Its barely noticeable where it is located. I called the dealership first thing and was transferred to the General Managers voicemail and I left a message. Called the next day and left a message for the GM. NO CALL BACK, AND THE SALESMAN WAS STILL OUT OF THE COUNTRY. Being a business owner myself, this is unacceptable. Finally when Freddie was back in the country I called again, this time my husband called. I was fed up. A young lady answered the phone and at this point, after paying $34,000 cash for a vehicle and not receiving any kind of QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, You can imagine how angry we were. This young lady spoke to me and my husband like dogs and refused to transfer us and hung up on me. We called back again and a NICE YOUNG LADY ANSWERED AND APOLOGIZED FOR HER BEHAVIOR AFTER TALKING TO US LIKE DIRT. ALL WE WANTED TO DO IS FIX A PROBLEM. We got Freddie on the phone and explained the situation and Freddie says "Well if you left a voicemail for the General Manager, you arent going to get a call back from him because you called the wrong person." So, not only are the receptionists extremely disrespectful, but they arent being trained on who to transfer calls to, but I have never heard of MANAGERS NOT BEING WILLING TO CALL CUATOMERS BACK!!!!!! Freddie promised us that we would receive a call back from the SALES MANAGER after calling for the 5th time. It's been a month and I haven't had this situation rectified nor received a call back. Looks like I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and I certainly will not be referring ANYONE TO CALE YARBOUROUGH. If you want QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO TO FLORENCE TOYOTA, where the receptionists have class and respect and the salesmen actually care...oh and the managers call you back immediately! BBB HERE I COME. Thanks CY!

I made an appointment for my Ridgeline because it had started to make a grinding noise when driving. I was expecting it to possibly be something seriously wrong. When I made the appointment, the service people noted the noise issue so when I arrived in the service garage, they already had a note of the problem and the service advisor got the service manager to take a look. He took it for a ride to hear the noise and when we drove back into the garage, he and the service advisor knew exactly what the issue was. A darn rock was stuck in the front brake area that they dislodged and poof, problem solved! No Charge! I can't thank these guys enough for their knowledge and honesty! A local Cadillac dealer could learn from this service group as my experience with them was a never to return terrible.

I purchased my honda accord sport from cale yarborough two days ago with the help of salesman, Kedric Soloman and I must say that it was a great experience! when I arrived Kedric already had everything prepared for me and made the process very smooth and easy. His customer service is top tier! very helpful, friendly and funny! If you're looking to purchase a new car, I highly recommend Kedric to help you with the process!!

I called Cale Yarborough Honda and spoke with Elliott. He had the car my 76 yr old mom was interested in. He was wonderful to her. Went above and beyond showing her how everything worked. She has her new car and is extremely happy with it. Would highly recommend Elliott.Brenda

Derek and his staff are hands down the best around! I took my husband's Ford truck in to have the air conditioner fixed. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. My husband said he actually got cold on his ride home and had to turn it the air up. Thank you Cale Yarborough Honda staff! Y'all are amazing!
