If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. Although I didn’t directly purchase a vehicle from them they were the most compassionate staff. I found myself in an interesting position- not knowing what to do, I hopped in the car and drove two hours to Florence to get some advice. Brett, Larissa and Derek were there to guide me throughout my entire mess I had gotten myself in with another dealership. The advice they provided me with helped me resolve my situation in a timely matter and I got the car I wanted!
At the end of the day, it’s all about being there for your customers and I can assure you, this staff was. I felt cared for and heard. Thank you so much! I know where to go in the future!!!

Would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I called them about a service request and I've been waiting eight hours for return call. I know you get busy at times but while on vacation, I had an urgent matter and called them asking for a return call. Matter fact, I called five times. That was July 5. I'm still waiting.

Service guys are the best in the Universe. However, I felt hustled while waiting for my car by the salesman who kept lurking around and striking up (what masquerades as ) a random conversation about purchasing a new vehicle.

Everything was great until it wasn’t. We bought a 2020 CRV with 46k miles. We were told we were buying it with a 7 year, 100K mile warranty which since we purchased the car in 2024 then we had a 3 year, 54k mile warranty. We sit down to sign the paperwork and leave as happy customers and then we were told because of a recall and Honda’s inability to get parts at the time that they could not warranty the car for 3 years or 54k more miles. Not a super big deal if the price comes down but they were unwilling to budge. If you agree to a service and a price on ANYTHING IN AMERICA… and then the service isn’t there then the deal is tarnished. I dont feel safe with this deal and honestly I feel like my wife and I got screwed on this deal.

We were on a trip from Florida to NC for a graduation and had an electrical failure on I-95 in our Honda Odyssey. The alternator had been disabled by an oil valve leaking into it. We were towed to Cale Yarborough Honda arriving about 5:00PM on a Friday afternoon and no rentals were available. Richard Batchelor, Service Advisor, said that parts were available and the car could be ready before noon the next day. We spent the night in a local hotel and the next morning Richard called and left a message saying everything would be complete that morning. We left the hotel and returned to the dealership to wait while the repairs were completed. While waiting we were engaged in conversations with Tony Williams, a sales consultant. He even showed me several new cars, but I wasn’t really in the market. However, both Richard and Tony went far and above to make what could have been a true disaster into a pleasant experience. We were on the road again about noon as promised, and the remainder of our trip was without incident.
I can certainty recommend Cale Yarborough Honda for repair or purchase. By the way, ask for Richard or Tony.

*** Sorry for the long review but this was too good to not share! ***
As I was planning my annual West Coast surfing and camping adventure, I saw online ad for a Honda Pilot TrailSport. So, curiosity got the better of me and it led me to Cale Yarborough Honda’s website! After doing some research and checking out the latest photos and reviews of the SUV, I decided to ask some questions. Somehow I ended up talking with their Internet Sales Manager named Amber and boy was she on her A Game. Every single question or concern I had about the vehicle, she was right there with an answer. It was extremely nice that she was so knowledgeable about the whole thing because I was very prepared with my questions after doing my own research beforehand.
Anyways, Ms. Amber was able to set me up with Mr. Elliott Pressley who might have been the second most funniest person in the world after me because he was great. When I got there for my appointment and the vehicle test drive, he was extremely laidback and very friendly. He told me to take it on a drive and to grab us both a milkshake, but I told him to jump on in and let’s both go!
While on the drive, he explained every single feature and all the important aspects that the TrailSport offered versus the other styles. It was clear that Amber had shared some information about me with him which helped him better explain how this particular Pilot would better benefit me for the things I enjoy doing! So, thank you for that Amber.
After a good conversation and a great test drive, we went over the numbers and agreed on the price that we both felt comfortable with and off I went! It has now been about three weeks since the purchase of the vehicle and I am getting ready for the 3,000 mile journey across the country! I’ve already taken it down to both Florida and Charleston to do some surfing and other outdoor activities. I have received numerous compliments and comments about the vehicle and I am extremely pleased. It rides and drives amazingly well! It’s soooo smooth for an AWD SUV.
Thank you so much Ms. Amber and Mr. Elliott for all of your hard work and dedication to helping me. I honestly had no intention whatsoever of buying a new vehicle right now, but you both made me want to do so and I am so happy that I did!
I’ll definitely be back when it is time for another new ride. Thank you Cale Yarborough Honda and all of your amazing staff and especially Ms. Amber and Mr. Elliott!!!

When I was traveling through SC on my way back to NY in November 2023 my car would not start again at a rest stop. We got a jump and headed north hoping for a place to diagnose and fix the problem. We easily found this Honda garage via the internet. They took us right in, diagnosed the dead battery and replaced it, all in about 45 minutes. Staff was great! I tried to figure out a way to pay a compliment to the Honda company about your business but couldn't find a way. So please feel free to pass this on to the higher ups.
