Blacks tire handles our fleet of waste hauler trucks. We go thru lots of tires and have a lot of flat tires because we go in a landfill. The guys at blacks tire give us great service and are always willing to help us any way they can. They even stay over after hours to make sure our trucks are ready for trash the next day. I recommend blacks tire for anything automotive and especially fleet tire service.

My Girlfriend and I , were heading South from the Blue Ridge Moutains to Charleston. My brakes wore out from going downhill through the Mountains. I thought our trip was over. Well I bought the parts in Florence S.C and on my way to Auto Zone I saw a shop called "BLACKS AUTO AND TIRE" I doubted they could fit me in..but I stopped in any way. Low and behold they heard my story and fit me in. I was so relieved they did a great job at a great price. They could have taken advantage of me. But they didnt. We were so happy and pleased with them. I cant say thank you enough to Ken and his crew for saving our trip! Thanks all. Mark . P.s I highly recomend.Blacks Auto Truck and Tire.

I had recently been sick and did not want to go inside the store in case I was still contagious. The staff worked with me tremendously and allowed me to stay outside while they took the car for oil change. They also took my payment from outside as well.. I could not have asked for better service.

Ken was awesome. I called ahead on our trip from NC to SC Motorplex. We had a blow out on side of Hwy 74. We put on a spare and I called Ken at Florence #24. He checked and actually put his hands on tires We needed for our 5th wheel toy hauler. (Usually hard to find). When we got there, he pulled us in and we were back on the road in less than an hour. My experience was extremely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you all so much.

Bad bad experience went there to have bushing put on a 18 wheeler they kept it a whole week charged me 4900 dollars first day my driver drove it busted to air bag costed me 375 plus load lost then took it back to them they kept it two more weeks went to check on it they told me it wouldn't start walked in back turned key it fired right up I will never do business with then and they customer service stinks chris the manager will look you straight in your face in lie yet 2 weeks ago someone was supposed to be reaching out to me having heard a word ?
