We went in on Sunday to see if they had the bike we had in mind in store, unfortunately they didn’t but we had the absolute best salesmen working with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! After reaching out to a few different dealers, they finally came across the bike we wanted. They went and picked it up and here we are (Wednesday) with our beauty!! ? Big thanks to Dan & Hunter for helping us to the fullest with our purchase of a 2023 Street Glide Special we love it already!! Y’all definitely won’t regret visiting this dealer and letting them help y'all purchase your future bike!

Great place to visit. From the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave the staff are always friendly, courteous, and treat you like family. It doesn’t matter if you’re there to buy a bike, just looking for one of the awesome tee shirts, picking up some parts, or having your current bike serviced. Black Jack Harley is a larger store with the feel of one of the smaller ones. If you’re passing by, stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I were just in Black Jack HD, And the customer service was awesome! We were greeted by several of the employees, and I was personally helped by a young lady, n I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She has long dark blonde hair. She was at the cash register where the jewelry cases are. She was so sweet and so helpful. Great customer service!! I would love to have her come work in my store! And when I was leaving, she took the time to say "goodbye, Ms. Krystal " I was very impressed that she remembered my name, and used it so politely !Thank you for a truly wonderful shopping experience ?

I would give a -5 star if I could. In my opinion, their service department is absolutely HORRIBLE and so is a few of their attitudes. I ordered a seat and didn't like it so I tried to return the seat just for them to tell me there would be almost $100 restocking fee (after waiting almost a month for them to give me any information about what was happening with the seat) and I can only take it out in trade with a service that I did not want. Against my better judgement I went ahead and let them do the 20,000 mile service, then they added in something about the shifter needing fixed which was another $600 plus so at this point I have around $1200 all in. As soon as I got my bike back I noticed there was an oil spot wherever I parked it so I started putting cardboard under it in my shop to show them how bad it was leaking. They tried to tell me it was because it was a 2006 although it only had 18,000 miles at the time and never leaked a day in its life. They took it back in a few times to fix the leak each time they made it worse. Finally they gave up and told me they could not fix it and I would just have to live with a damaged bike that they caused and a I cannot ride because it leaks so bad. It slings oil on the back tire and up on my tour pack which is very unsafe. They tried to offer me less than half my money back and wanted me to sign paperwork accepting that. Of course I didn't take the money or sign the paperwork. I asked the manager if this was your bike would you accept this and he said no so I said, why would you expect me to. He said someone higher up would give me a call and I have yet to get that call. In my opinion, stay far far away from the service department because they can't even fix a little oil leak that they created. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!

Had an amazing experience from start to finish. If you're interested in getting a Harley Davidson I would highly recommend this location.

The whole process from the initial phone call all the way through riding away on my 2023 Low Rider S was amazing! Jeremy was my sales rep. After calling 5 other Harley Dealerships, Jeremy was by far the best and easiest to talk to. Walked me through the whole process, talked numbers with me and was extremely professional. I got there to test drive it and immediately fell in love with the bike. How they keep the Low Rider S in stock is beyond me. It is a beast of a bike. Once I got back from the test ride, I had to take it home. And they make it a whole thing. They play music over the speakers and after you ring the bell everyone in the dealership comes to congratulate you and shake your hand. You then sign the board, take a picture and fill out the paperwork. They then take you around to all of the different departments (parts, services, clothing). Everyone was super friendly. My smile did not break from the time I pulled out of the dealership to when I got home two hours later. Highly recommend!! Thank you Jeremy!

Made my first trip to Blackjack Harley Davidson today, and I was very impressed with the bikes they have, as well as the clothing and gear.Very well maintained store and the staff are the friendliest group of people I’ve seen in a long time in a retail setting.I rode up from Columbia to get a specific shirt, I think it was one that was made for their anniversary, and as my luck goes they were sold out in my size. But thanks to Sheri the Marketing Manager, when I left I had a hoodie with the same logo on it. She is amazing. Also John in sales is the nicest salesman I’ve ever talked too. Very knowledgeable about his products. It was a pleasure to talk with him as well. I really enjoyed the ride to Blackjack’s and enjoyed the visit even more. Blackjack Harley Davidson is the best!

I called in to see about buying a tire for my motorcycle. I was told due to the vintage of my 2006 Harley they would not be able to mount the tire for me. I asked if I were to bring the wheel in would they mount the tire on the wheel for me. They would not do that either. They were willing to sell me a tire but not put it on for me. I called another Harley dealer in the area and they were able to help me. I sure am glad that I did not have a flat tire and was in need of help.
