I work for a power utility on our way to Florida to help out with the storm restoration and stopped in for a shirt...your place is beautiful!! Also ran into a young man "Big Tuna" great guy!! Felt like I've known him for years from our 5 min conversation..when I'm ready i will travel from nj to buy my bike from you guys!! Customer service seems to have gone away at other places but not with you guys

I wish I could give a minus by far the worst experience I have ever had all they care about is the sale. Wanted to buy a three wheeler after I hurt my back they tried to low ball me bad on my 24 road glide. So I backed out of deal then they tried keeping my deposit. I would not recommend these people for nothing REMEMBER SLL THEY CARE ABOUT IS SALES.

I think Harley-Davidson is lost their minds with their pricing. Dealers like this won't even put their prices on hang tags with good reason. If Harley has decided to cater to the wealthy Elite, they've done a good job. They're just going to lose the old school Market which is probably what they're trying to do. And not to mention they supported the whole trans crap. Apparently, like Bud Light they do not know their core Market....

Got there around closing time to get some souvenirs from them and wow the sales staff were excellent with vague descriptions of sizes they were spot on and almost a new Harley as well dam good sales people

Was in the store Saturday July 27th. Started considering a new bike, but found a 2019 that I really liked, and added benefit of used was that it was much less money. First salesperson handed me off to another after telling me he really didn't know much about bikes. Wasted 40-45 minutes of my life with the next guy who after taking my information, License etc, went out and looked at my bike and got all the information on my trade. Told me they would send numbers over later that day. We'll, 30 min before they were closing I reached out and was told it would be the next day before the could give me a price on their bike or trade offer on my bike. Didn't hear from them until today. Wed 8/1. They finally told me the price for the bike, but can't give me a price on my trade until I bring it to them. I asked why they didn't get what they needed when it was there, that I thought that was what was taking a week. I love three hours away. I'm not singing down there on the hopes they make a fair trade offer. I could buy their bike cash without trading mine and would have if they had been willing to sell it while I was there and I didn't like the offer for mine. I'm walking away. Never had this much difficulty buying something. All my other bike purchases at other dealers took less than an hour. Guess if they sell one without it taking a week they consider it a win.
