They are quick to take monthly payments off, but take months to reimburse money they owe you. Since April 4th I have been patiently waiting and I held off from posting this review. It doesn't make sense to be waiting this long.. I think I will find further help on what to do about my reimbursement from and outside party. Maybe if I receive the correct information I will change my review.. until then I advise not to use any company if you can't talk with all departments..
Update.. The wonderful ladies here Taylor and Betsy made sure to stay on the billing department and others until I received my reimbursement.. I thank you ladies for helping me with my reimbursement..

The attention to detail and extra effort shown by Betsy and her staff is second to none. They all know the ins and outs of what I need; typically they know before I do! This is the most important part to me, they go above and beyond for me and for those I care about.I moved my mother to Florence a few years ago to help her through some elder-care issues. I've been covered by Betsy for over 10 years now, and I was adamant that we move Mama's coverage to her, too. We did, and the level of care Betsy and her staff show is something I very seldom experience in the modern, all-online impersonal era we're in now.Betsy notified me just today that Mama had "paid" something I took care of a few weeks ago. She's going to mail the check back to me. Betsy provides a gentle reminder of what's needed and when as we go through the changes and challenges presented as Mama moves into the next stage of her life.It's huge to know that you have someone looking over your shoulder while you're looking over the shoulder of someone you love.I just can't speak highly enough of Betsy, Taylor, and everyone in that office.
