AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS GIVEN A GIFT CARD FROM MY SON. I CAN'T USE CARD. TRANSFER TRANSFER TRANSFER AND STILL CAN'T RESOLVE ISSUE. I WILL NOT BE USING BELK GIFT CARDS EVER AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND THE LOCAL STORE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR ONLINE CAN'T SEEM TO HELP. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR ALREADY AND THAT'S JUST TODAY. THE GIFT CARD HAS A BALANCE AND I ONLY ASK THAT A NEW CARD BE ISSUED

I stopped in this Belk Store 15 minutes before closing time (I had no clue they closed at 8). I wasn’t shopping for anything particular but I ended up in the shoe department with THE most pleasant and helpful sales person! Nikki helped me look for shoes and when the sizes weren’t available she immediately went to check the system to see if they could be sent to me. Sure enough both pair were available and 24 hours later I received a notice that they had both been shipped! Nikki took a 15 minute visit and took it to a last minute $100 sale.
I appreciated her so very much and told her how great her customer service had been. Tomorrow I’ll be calling the store manager!

We spent an hour in the store I never once had anyone offered to be of service. This included pants shirts and shoes. Items were out of order and mislabeled making shopping very difficult I went elsewhere to buy two pairs of high-end shoes

As a man who enjoys doing my makeup, it’s hard to find a makeup artist in a small town who is open and helpful. That changed when I met Mark at MAC inside of Belk. He was the absolute most helpful, welcoming, makeup artist I’ve ever encountered. He was able to not only do my makeup, but also provide several tips and tricks to make my everyday makeup application go smoother. I cannot recommend him enough. He is the best of the best, and I would advise you visit him whether you’re male, female, or nonbinary!

Belk has some good sales on quality products. The store is bright and the customer service is good. My only concern is how few registers are available to shoppers.
