“Amazing!!! Josh was just wonderful!!! It was 90 degrees in the heat and he replaced my wiper blades for me and even though it was a pain for him (because the idiots at the Toyota place had bent one of the brackets and it wasn't an easy or quick process). He was so kind and so patient in getting my wiper blades changed. I just can not say enough about how he went above and beyond for me. Whatever they're paying this guy it isn't enough. Give Josh a raise!!!! This place will have my business as long as they keep Josh!!! He's just an awesome guy!!!”

I ordered through a major mustang supplier and Rod and Custom was third party, long story short, the main supplier dropped the ball and screwed up my order. I contacted Rod and Custom. I called a bunch of people in town and they didn't have the pads, including this location, but Ramon told me to come on in and he'd have the parts for me by the end of the day. When I got there 10 minutes later, Ramon walked in right behind me with the brake pads. In that short amount of time he had driven to the other store to get those pads for me. Now that's customer service.”
