“They are quick to take monthly payments off, but take months to reimburse money they owe you. Since April 4th I have been patiently waiting and I held off from posting this review. It doesn't make sense to be waiting this long.. I think I will find further help on what to do about my reimbursement from and outside party. Maybe if I receive the correct information I will change my review.. until then I advise not to use any company if you can't talk with all departments..
Update.. The wonderful ladies here Taylor and Betsy made sure to stay on the billing department and others until I received my reimbursement.. I thank you ladies for helping me with my reimbursement..”
