Far as customer service that was really great and helpful the staff were. Now far as the actual service, I was misled. I’m not saying that the facility were I went to my appointment was misleading it was Aspen Dental website. I was under the impression that they provided implant care at the facility but they do not. They are equipped to do dentures, cleanings, X-ray, extractions, partials and a few more basic dental procedures like crowns or root canals. If you want implants they give you a referral to make an appointment with an oral surgeon that is at another location and that dentist does not carry the company name of Aspen dental but his own office name. The website explains in a lot of details about the price of implants and how they can help you with filing your insurance claim and what implant procedure does and how quickly you will have your procedure done but never mentioned that they cannot do them at their location. They just took X-rays and gave me a referral paper for an oral surgeon that actually does implants but is not affiliated with them. Waste of my time off work and my insurance money that they will file for the X-rays and useless information. I could of just made my own appointment with the oral surgeon and went to his office and never got time wasted with a false advertisement company website.

Aspen, Dr. Graham is the BEST DENTIST AND SHE IS VERY PATIENT AND FRIENDLY AND HER ASSOCIATES IN HER DENTIST OFFICE.

This dental office is a joke they continuously cancel on you I've been trying to get my dental work finished up for 6 months they even canceled after I have done checked in and sit down in the office for 15 minutes just to tell me they don't have enough staff I have been so patient with this people and now that my appointment is coming up in 2 days they call and cancel again saying the dentist will be sick and wanted me to reschedule for April a whole month away the staff is very rude they are more concerned about what happens in their private life outside of work because that's all the conversation you hear in the office I regret ever dealing with these people and they charged me almost $5,000 for work they can't even get done so please do not go to these people they're nice at first but it will be a long battle with them for work will never get done

On site, all great w/ tech & hygenist. Dr was obviously quite busy but informative & helpful. It was my understanding that the office manager would call me with a plan of action. He was to tell me about the "equipment" you sell, schedule my follow-up for cleaning & tell me about a payment plan as I have a mouthful of issues. He was at lunch, which I understood but I waited 4 days, plus the weekend for a referral I needed to an oral surgeon. I am afraid I was a "thorn in the flesh"to the front end until I got to speak to him. I asked her not to put me on hold again! The info I received from the back was professional & they made me feel they were going to see that my needs were met. I feel the office manager dropped the ball!

Everyone was very professional. Very nice and very helpful. The place was neat. Things were done in a timely manner. They explained things clearly as to what they found and how they were going to take care of the problems.

Absolutely wonderful! My dental hygienist, Tashie Rubin, is one of the best I've had. Very thorough and meticulous. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. A pleasant experience.

This was my first and last visit. It was a waste of time. There’s no privacy, all I talked to four different people and nothing was accomplished. 2 hours of nothingness. I could’ve been at work or at a dentist office who actually cared.

Too Slow and the workers seem unhappy and not friendly. I just feel like I am a burden to them or they just don’t care. Each time I have had about a 2 to 3 hour visit there. If you are overbooked, you should call and cancel some of the appointments.

Do not go here unless you have time to sit all day. I went in for a consult and an hour after my appointment I left because the dentist was going to be awhile longer. Waiting room was packed when I walked out. Staff was nice but I have a life and it doesn’t consist of sitting waiting for hours past my appt.

Once you get in they do a good job. Competent and friendly. The appointment process and phone communication needs some upgrading. Getting someone on the phone after the appointment, was nearly impossible for us.

Never on time procedure for my appointments. A simple process to do a mold for dentures after a 3 and a half month wait is taking over 2 hours. 1 hour late starting.
