On 09/17 we had issue with our company truck. AC compressor was locked, and the belt was ripped off. We spent around 2 hours, to find optimal roadside service for it, only Advanced Maintenance shop was suitable and professional in that case. We got RS and inshop at the same time, mr. Malcon and ms. Renee were awesome in all stages of service. We do appreciate your business.

This scammers waste of our time. We called them to tell them that we will come at 2pm to their shop and we came at 3pm telling us their technician is not at the shop right now and he will come in hour so our driver waiting outside to he show up. So we just received the call and lady telling us how now they are increasing the rate what a crazy people. I hope your greediness will close your bussines

They were fantastic, spoke with Renee on a Saturday she had her technician meet my driver at their shop, replaced brake chamber, very professional and did great work and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them

Before I contact with Florence truck service for my semi truck. They wasted my time (6 hours). They promised send to me road service but they didn’t. Had a coolant line pop off on my truck on I-95 N, and an Advanced Maintenance van pulled off and stopped to see if I was alright. Helped me put my hose back on my inlet, and helped me merge back on. Great company, will be using them for all future maintenance or repairs.

Great people! Helped me when my truck broke Christmas Eve. Gave me ride to rental place where I got rental truck. They brought the fire dept guys to unhook my livestock trailer which is a mess. They pushed my broken truck out of the way so could hitch rental up. Then day after Christmas they started on the broken truck. Fixed it next day and helped me get my rental truck returned too. Nice honest people. If you are ever passing thru I'd get them to do work on vehicles.

No customer service, they were holding a truck for a whole day until other shops got closed and at the end of the day they called us and asked to do a work with overtime rate , we rejected to pay overtime, waited till next morning and next morning they told us they cant do a work. "GREAT" ! Dont recommend to use them for any type of service , even for oil change ! ! ! They also charged us for diagnostics but they haven't even touched a truck. There is Palmetto and Stone truck repair better to use them, they fixed our truck.

DO NOT USE THEM ! DID THERE OIL CHANGE , OIL FILTER WAS LOOSE AFTER 1 MILE ON ROAD GOT MASSAGE LOW OIL PRESSURE, NO OIL IN ENGINE, HAD TO CALL TOWING AND REJECTED TO REIMBURSE TOWING, REPLACED FILTER AND THAT IT. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TRUCK. IF YOU'LL BE THERE SAY HI TO ALEXIS AND ADAM , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !
