The service and the staff here are amazing. If I could give Aatco six stars, I would. My wife’s car had a power steering problem on our way from Georgia to New Hampshire and we were in real trouble. They took us in quickly, evaluated the issue and repaired the car while we waited. In addition, the owner was so friendly and welcoming, entertaining us (and my parents) with stories about the history of Aatco and Darlington Raceway. This was the best car trouble I’ve ever had. Thank you, Aatco and your entire staff! You are all amazing!

Run from this place got my transmission done but months later after I noticed my main rear seal was leaking when I call back The guy named Chuck would not let me speak to the owner for me to call the owner back when I had the paperwork.... I was calling back to see if it had something to do with the transmission being put in.. ... They were nice and friendly when I was paying for the services though.. Yes I did get upset when the guy Chuck told me to call back when I had the paperwork other than that basically he was saying I couldn't speak to the owner is how I felt... When you're dealing with the public you have to know how to speak with people I did not get upset until he said that I don't feel like that was right... Especially when I just had to kick out 4,000 on the vehicle this year I wanted answers when I called just to see what could be done basically they don't even want to talk to you unless you have the paperwork in front of you ....

Awful Customer Service!!!

I was told to bring my vehicle a week ago. It sat there for almost 7 days. I called to inquire on day 3, and was told someone would let me know when they had a chance to get to it. After still no call, on Day 7 I called back and the manager rudely told me he didn’t know what was wrong with it and had 60 cars ahead of me and since I was using a warranty insurance he had no idea when he could get to it. Very unprofessional and rude. Please don’t waste your time, energy, or money here!!

Highly recommend Aatco they rebuilt the transmission in my ‘08 Ford Sport Trac Works perfectly (already put 500 miles on it) and the best part was the price was very reasonable. I had received an almost double price quote from their competitor. They checked the truck and notified me what was needed and performed the overhaul ….Thanks Aatco you SAVED me lots of stress.

I was passing through the area, enroute to Baltimore, when my Subaru had obvious transmission issues. I did a Google search and found AATCO. After coasting in to their lot, I immediately was met by Daniel, who said he would run a diagnosis to investigate the problem. We learned the car needed work, but Daniel was unable to do the repairs due to available parts. He then called to other shops in the area, unfortunately none of which could help. Not to be deterred, Daniel helped me find a tow to a Subaru dealer who could complete the repairs. Daniel was super friendly, gracious and helpful. Without his help things could have been much worse. Thanks Daniel.

I needed work done on my transmission took it there gotten it back still was the sameproblem wasn't fixed and also paid Xtra money when I picked it up I'm so disappointed ☹️ bad business
