When called to find out if my product will be delivered I was told it could be the next day because they got busy and couldn't finish the verification process. In the time between 12pm and 4pm, they couldn't call five people with four workers in the office, none of them doing nothing. Never received the product and promptly received a refund of my initial payment. First and last time doing business with them.

They have good prices and good quality offerings, however I am not accustomed to have my privacy intensely violated. They ask for information I feel is totally unnecessary for them to obtain for a rental contract.

Worst experience ever. After they take your money then you may get you product days later. Watch your payment cause they trying cheat u out your money... saying in store credit when i haven't rented your stuff y do i want a credit i don't plan on coming back...arons way less head ace and you get your product as as agreed...

Their stuff has bedbugs Beware they will give you used mattresses when they say it's new look over carefully of all the furniture you get from there. also be aware they do not give refunds or credit towards another item that you currently have worst customer service ever then trying to do a character assassination on me I was very nice to him and he was so rude back
