My mother traded in a pistol for a different model. Courtney was dealing with her was informative and patient with my mother. My mother is brand new to the firearms and Courtney took the time to help my mother familiarize with her new pistol. My mom felt welcomed and was talked to like an adult. This means a lot in an area that is male dominate. The staff there is welcoming and a great place to purchase all your fire arm needs.

Great store & staff, I asked to have a Gun transfer done from Kentucky and these folks gave me all of the info I needed to send to the dealer.On pick up day I didn’t get a phone call to come in (my fault) I had provided my old phone number. But I called and asked about the status of the transfer and the staff indicated they tried calling but couldn’t get through to me and they were hoping I’d check in. So great operation and caring Gun clerks behind the counter. Transfer went smoothly.

Usually my go-to store. Not anymore. They don’t want to do any work 10min before closing. Even something as simple as swapping buffer tubes. Even after the thousands of dollars I’ve spent here. Shame.Edit to their response: I said the folding stock was fine, didn’t care. However swapping a single buffer tube, you wouldn’t do. And I’m the parking lot I asked you younger worker how long it would take he said “5mins tops” then when I said y’all won’t do it he started stuttering and didn’t know what to say.Don’t lie. That’s even worse business. This is probably why you’re selling car wash products nowEdit 2: I did ask for the 2 things to be done. But when you didn’t “have time” for the folding stock, I said that was fine. It’s the buffer tube swap. All it would take was 5mins. It’s Laziness. Even if it was 5:59 what do you think McDonald’s would do? It’s so funny you’re just defending your laziness because you closed in 10min and didn’t wanna work 5min anymore.I’m done arguing with you, you obviously don’t get what it takes to run a good business. Good luck selling your soap & sponges.

Absolutely love this store as a professional detailer. Customer service is fantastic, questions get answered with honesty, and they always call to keep you updated if anything has happened. I drive 1hr to this store everytime I need something ordered or to get products. And I will always be coming back

Very poor and rude customer service, moved from Florida recently. Went in to inquire about a few simple things as well as purchasing a gun holster and was treated very poor. Will not be returning to this store again. Wasn’t even in the store for 10 minutes (check your camera footage, according to you, you do that.) and was treated like shit. Before moving here I even read up on the gun laws. Seems the store owner needs to review them himself if he can’t even give simple answers. Felt judgment the second I walked into the store. Can’t agree more with the other poor comments. This store is a joke. Find a reputable place if you want true service. If you are of color or VA or any tattoos stay clear. They are very discriminating.

I have bought and sold guns here. I have had work done on my guns. I have always been treated with respect and all work was done on time, on quote, and very well. Brad and the crew are excellent. Support your local gun shops!
