I want to let you know how I unhappy I am. Brought my riding mower in for not running. Without an estimate you put on a new carb and flush fuel system . $260. Without approval. Now the machine hardly runs and is basically unusable. It never ran like this until now. I paid you $260. And all you can say is it’s a different issue and the engine is no good. First of all I think it would not start for an electric reason and I told u that. Why a new carb and spark plug when the plug was brand new and I told you that. I am far from satisfied and I will determine what steps to take going forward.

I took my push mower to them and I had expected that the mower was dead beyond repair. They was very professional and listened to what I was saying about my four year old mower and how it died on me. Lorie was very nice. She told me that they would do a service on my mower and inform me if they couldn’t revive my mower and expected they wouldn’t be able to, they asked for a deposit to do diagnostic on it that was very reasonable. That was at 8 am by noon on the same day they had serviced my mower put a new blade on it and looked brand new I would not take my equipment anywhere else and they gave me my military discount. You guys rock they have me as a customer for life.

My New Place for all my Lawn Equipment needs. Very impressed. Nice, wholesome, Friendly people. Turn around for repair was so fast and quick, 24 hrs! They picked it up and brought it back to me. I’m referring them to all my friends that need this service!

Everything I need to know about a business is how they treat people that are not customers and this place has the right stuff. I realized my tire was flat driving down Two Notch. I pull in the first place with a paved parking lot and it was Sandhills Power Equipment Repair. While pulling my spare tire out of the trunk. The owner came running out the door with his hydraulic Jack in tow! He was extremely nice and helped. We had a good conversation while I finished putting the tire on.That’s all I need to know about this place. Everyone show them love. This where you need to go with your small engine repairs.I’ll be returning with my chainsaw and trimmer for tune ups.

Could not be happier with Sandhills Power Equipment Repair. Russell came and picked up our cub cadet to see what was wrong, and to do a spring cleaning so to speak. Brought it back the SAME day looking great and sounding even better. Turned out the connection wires to the battery had come loose and that’s why it wouldn’t turn over! They easily could have charged me for a new battery (and I’d not be any the wiser) but they didn’t! Talk about integrity!Also - I was out mowing yesterday when I heard a loud pop and it cut off (totally thought it was the motor). They literally diagnosed it over the phone and within seconds, she turned right over!!I cannot recommend them highly enough! Wish I could give y’all more than 5 stars!! Thanks again for everything!!

Russell was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly customer oriented. My Husqvarna riding mower was fixed in a couple hours at a very reasonable price. They will definitely have my business again!

I took my riding lawnmower for service n blades replacement that was last November, I cut my grass a month ago and immediately saw something was wrong. The blades dug into the grass almost uprooting it creating streaks on the lawn which in a couple of days turned brown, I took pictures and made a video went back and talk to with the lady who immediately say they did nothing wrong without listening to what I had to say or even look at the picture/video I made. Her husband came out and showed me how to balance the blades and moved a screw one notch down on the front wheels, I returned home cut the grass and almost immediately my lawn turned brown. I took the lawnmower to another shop and was told the wrong blades were put on the lawnmower

Had some mower deck problems and mower needed a tune-up...plus a new battery. They got all this done and even a quick pressure wash in same day ...my machine starts up ASAP and runs smooth.Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good about Sandhills Power Equipment. I took my tiller there and I got a call the next day that it was ready. He had to put a new carburetor on it due to the fact it had sat up for 10 plus years. He also fixed the tires, pull cord and did a tune up. Other places had basically told me IF they could fix it that I would be waiting 6-8 weeks for it. The tiller had been kept inside a open barn but only used twice in it life.Also the man that fixed it was extremely nice and his wife was so so helpful over the phone. They let me send pictures of it before bringing it to them to verify they could get parts and fix it. They were very affordable and if I could I would give them both 10 stars! It’s such a breath of fresh air to find someone that really takes care of their clients!

I just called and left a message about getting service. Not even 10 mins, I received a call back from a VERY nice lady that asked me about my issue with my lawnmower, when I explained it to her, she immediately shared with me how to resolve the issue without charging me ANYTHING! Most companies now days will ask you to just allow them to look at it. That shows the integrity this company displays!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this company for assistance!!! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!

Took my riding mower for a simple tuneup. Got it back the same day. Was charged ove $300 to include changing a NEW battery without my permission. The very next day after receiving mower back, it would not start..Took it back to shop and Owner-Repairer immediately began to blame me for it not working properly after leaving his shop. He Absoutley has NO customer service skills, ONLY self absorbed comments..After another repair he told me my mower was no good????.There was NOTHING that serioiusly wrong with my mower PRIOR to taking it there. Am going to John Deere to get the REAL ANSWER as to what he really did to my mower.

Took my mower in for a new blade. They replaced it for less than what local stores charge just for the blade. Plus, the mower was ready 10 minutes after I walked in the door. Excellent service.
