I've braved the crazies in the parking lot to purchase gas here a few times. Honestly, I don't think I ever will again. Every time I've purchased gas here I've gotten substantially worse mpg than gas I buy from other area locations. It's so bad that I am about to have to drain all the fuel out of my motorcycle. I rode my bike to the gas station and fueled it up. Now, I've ruled out all the other causes and I'm left with the fuel. Update: I drained the fuel out of my bike and with new gas it kicked over on the first try.

came in Saturday Sept 9th very unprofessional cashier wouldn't get off the phone to help customers as the line kept getting longer but that's not the worst part was there at 7:00pm and by Sunday 2:00 my credit card had 2 transactions for 203.00 each. I guess my information was either stolen or sold. Beware people, never go in there again!!!!!

It's a gas station. For some reason or another I always have to go inside to pay for gas. The best I can say is it's close by and convenient. It's hardly the worst I've ever been to. The person who said it's the worst really needs to get out more often.

How do operate a gas station with employees that have no idea what they are doing or how to operate the gas pumps. Wasted an hour of my life because of some crackhead/cashier that doesn't know what pumps work or have them blocked off letting customers know. Ended up having good to have the police show up to get my money back for has that I never pumped. Citgo needs to reevaluate their hiring process to weed out idiots.

This Citgo is the worse gas station I've ever been to. The cashier/crackhead working there is not capable of doing anything that would have to use any brain power.

This is the worst gas station I have ever been to!! The employees are very rude and do not stock the beverages as they should. I came in on June 26, 2014 and handed the cashier $20 in gas went out to pump it and my pump was never turned on. I went into the store to address the female of the problem she got rude with me but, did go out to the pump to try to figure out the problem. She told me to wait at the pump and she would turn it on I waited 5 minutes and it never got turned on. I went back into the store and she told me it was put on another pump and that someone else pumped my gas. I asked for a refund or my gas she told me that she could do neither that i pretty much lost my money. I then asked for the number to cooperate and she told me she could not give it to me. She then called her manager who also said the same thing. she told me that all she could refund me would be $3.56 because that is how much was left after the person pumped my gas. so I googled cooperate's number which is a third party operator that sends an email to the company to notify them of what happened. I have called 3 times since this has happened and it's the same story every time the company has not responded to their emails yet. I will NEVER use this store again!! I probably wont ever use another citgo for that matter. So everyone please be aware of what this company is doing and that is stealing from their customers. I personally hope they get shut down!!
