O'Reilly is great for automotive needs, but they've DEFINITELY gotten more expensive. We stopped here for a couple items, but wound up returning them because walmart had a better selection & they were cheaper.

They only value their customers who spend big money with them. The manager also made the statement that Elginites are stupid. They do not value their customers at all. We had a business account with them for at least 12 years, and they just up and decided to quit delivering to us. The regional manager said that with the rising cost of fuel that it just wasn't beneficial for them to continue to deliver to us, but they also have 2 other business accounts one is less then 1/2 mile from us and the other one is another 3 or 4 miles further then us. We have had to warranty plenty of their parts here lately.

These gentlemen were very helpful when I was driving across the country and had a check engine light illuminate. They ran the code check.I used the local garage that was suggested. I was back on the road in less than two hours! Thank you very much.
