Incredibly good experience; 6 STARS!!!!!!!!! Professional/friendly staff (Art & Elizabeth & others). Clean facility. Fair price for complexity of repair to get it done correctly with lifetime limited warranty. Very happy with repair and how vehicle was returned. Was confident to leave my vehicle here as it is in a "good" part of town and the facility is nice and secure. Experienced team evidently. Would repeat business if repairs were needed in the future. Go here instead of the cheapest place. I did not use insurance. USAA preferred shop.

Visited McDaniel Paint and Body Shop today to receive a quote for my car, which damaged during transport from Hawaii to South Carolina. Mr. Minto delivered excellent customer service, providing a quick and efficient quote. Unlike other places that turned me away due to the small job, I had a positive experience here. The clean and well-organized environment made for a pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be returning to get the work done.

From the moment I visited this shop you could tell that these people were professionals. I decided to use this shop for repairs based on initial interaction. The person who did the estimate was very knowledgeable and could give an idea of price quotations off the bat. Repairs were completed as scheduled. Highly recommend this place of business.

I hit a deer and had the front fender replaced over the Christmas holiday. They allowed me to drop off my car before Christmas and worked on it while I was out of town so I would have to worry about rental or how to get to work. Excellent work.

Don’t take your car here! I had my hellcat charger towed in for an estimate, took them a couple days to get me the estimate price was crazy high so I don’t have them do the work. I then sent a tow to pick my car up just for them to inform that I owed them $620 for my car being there even though it took them a couple of days ob estimate. I don’t recommend also office lady has attitude.

Someone rear-ended me and had USAA insurance. I was referred to McDaniel paint and body shop and wow what a great experience! They were professional, courteous, and were very communicative all the way through the process. When I turn my vehicle in for repair they provided both text message and actual phone calls to keep me updated on the status of the vehicle. I have never worked with them prior but absolutely will be working with them again!
